What a time capsule. Jarmo hasn't changed his avatar or signature since 2006. Layout is still exactly the same (which is good tbh).
I think I was banned for sharing the leaks in like 06. Might have a back up.. take a trip down memory lane.
haha that's hilarious. I never got banned from HTGTH but I did get banned from MYGNR while I was a moderator hahaha! It's crazy how long ago all that shit was. Insane to think it's been 20 years since the leaks. I remember meeting up at Mustang harry's in NYC with people before the hammerstein ballroom shows in may 2006. Unreal it's been that long.
I wish I went to that (the show and the meetups). That was such a transitional time, kinda the end of an era too. Anonymous message boards, hiding from the public, into social media and putting your name out there.

Gosh, it's funny to think back to way back then. So much has changed, yet in some ways here I still am

Rubio is the only competent person in this Admin.
I agree about this. This cabinet is/was amateur hour. Hegseth, Bondi, Noem, Vance etc.
Not saying Rubio's great, but gosh he's the only one I trust to prevent chaos or a remarkably stupid move by trump

Another extension? Its clear trump has no idea what he's doing and entered into it thinking it'd be a 3 day war.

What were the pitfalls?
That Iran would essentially close off the Straight Of Hormuz, limited the worlds oil export supply. Clearly intel knew this was a possibility (Bolton would always bring up repurcussions and possibilities) yet trumpf & hegseth blew right past the warning signs and did it anyway.
Now, here we are. trumpfs already backing down and gonna sneak out of this yet claim he 'won'.

I watched Marty Supreme, thanks for the rec on here. It was good, I'm not sure I'd say great. Definitely a good watch, it was a bit long and dragged slightly. Maybe I missed something but I'm not sure I fully got it, it seemed a bit dry. Its a bit like Napoleon Dynamite without quite the laughs, just an obscure tale. Again I'll have to read up on reviews to see if there was some implied undertone to it that I didn't catch. I watched it a bit passively.

Whats everyones thoughts on Savannah Guthrie's Mom?
Definitely odd. Personally I'm thinking the brother in law (sisters hubby) is suspicious. I would think if she somehow met someone online or in real life there'd be text & email exchanges uncovered. Also kinda seems like a Jon Benet situation, ransom money thats not really wanted.
I feel bad for the family. Hopefully this gets resolved and they get some answers.

Pretty good. I like it.

I just don't get why there isn't more political opposition to it in the us.
I think ppl just can't believe he's serious about it. Also, they 'why'... I mean, I know its about the Resources, but you can't just take over a country because you want their assets?! That's how wars begin.
It being a distractions a possibility. Either the epstein files, &/or the military bombing the VZ boats being a war crime. They could be covering something up with that. They've yet to release the video, and there was recent talk the planes were disguised as civilian planes. Could be guilty or war crimes. Also what was up with renaming The Department of Defense to The Department of War??
I think they're hiding something. The changing of the planes look could've been trumps idea and hegseth went along with it. 4+ years ago John Mathis, Kelly, Bolton & Tillerson were talking him out of crazy stuff like this. Now their amateurs in there doing as he says.

Herbert doesn't seem to have it. Deserves 1 or 2 more years, but he's seemingly mediocre at this point.
If I was Pittsburgh I wouldn't have moved on from Tomlin. Guy gets you in the playoffs most years, but they're taking a chance and moving on. I don't think giving him a 40 year old Aaron Rodgers was a fair shake for his final season.
