Dear mother of God...the Chargers are so inept. It's an issue of top to bottom incompetence. No reason on Earth for Harbaugh to waste both their challenges in the first half.
Whatever mojo Herbert had is long gone. He's simply not an elite QB and his salary is unconscionable. He should donate it to charity in shame.
If the Chargers front office has a functioning brain, they move on from him. Hell...the entire offense is trash.
Time for a rebuild.
Lions scored a bunch of points...showing once again they'll only be able to compete in shootout games when they go against elite teams.
49ers- Seahawks literally goes down to the wire. Not sure it was the right call but there's no way to get that accurate without bringing lasers in there to measure.
Bears SUCKED today. Jesus. Bringing in Keenum just made it worse because he couldn't do anything. Thank God Caleb is coming back next week.
Giants -Redskins the first tie of the season. Redskins clock management in the final seconds of the game was abysmal.
Vikings.now 5-0. Everyone has laughed at this Vikings team since week 1 due to the QB situation but we're getting to the point where they have to be taken seriously.
Jags beat the Eagles at the last second. I forgot this game was starting at the crack of dawn here or I would've watched it.
Bengals won unfortunately. Dolphins now 0-5.
Patriots finally getting their groove back. Raiders now lost 2 straight.... Mendoza came in towards the end of the game.
Jets beat the Browns in an ugly game.
Steelers throttle the Colts. I knew that Colts team last year was a one year wonder.
Texans blowout the Titans. Titans now 0-5 while the Texans finally win their firat game. They also just acquired Marvin Harrison Jr. Now's the time to go on a run.

The news headline I read about Ditka was either AI or written by a moron...it listed him as Saints head coach. Obviously the majority of his accomplishments were in Chicago.
It would be like listing Brady as QB of the Buccaneers...yeah he was...but is that really the highlight?
I wish Ditka (among others) could've coached in today's NFL. I'd love to see what type of dynasty he could've cooked up. Same with Bill Walsh.
There's an alternate timeline where Ditka/Bears have multiple Super Bowls in the 80s...maybe even into the 90s.

Shannon Sharpe talked about this a few years ago....how even iconic defenses of the past...Ravens, Bears, Steelers...would have some difficulty doing what they could do back in the day.
If you have an inept offense doing constant 3 and outs and turnovers, the defense will keep you in the game for 2 or 3 quarters and then their opponents offense takes over the game.
Field goals won't do it in this era either except in unique situations. It blows me away when watching a game and the team is down 14-17 points with 6-7 minutes left and they bring the kicker out.
It just tells me they don't want to win the game...or the coach is incompetent.

A few other huge games...
Raiders vs Patriots
Pretty much a must win for the Pats. They gotta build some momentum after the Bills upset. Raiders need it too...Broncos in decline IMO and the Chargers are burnt toast. Raiders in the playoff hunt by default.
Vikings vs Saints
Not really a big game on paper....but it's HUGE for the Vikings. This is a unique undefeated team. Are the Vikings fugazi...last years Colts...or are they cooking up something special there reminiscent of the 2000 Ravens where the defense is ready for a Super Bowl run and they'll drag the rest of the team with them?
I think they're fugazi but damn...it is impressive.

This division is already getting ugly. It's time to separate yourself from the rest of the pack. Lions are in trouble...Packers need this win badly to stay afloat.

I don't remember anything about Ides Of March being an A-side. We only had the one quote about Dizzy writing it from 2005, and Sp1at (the guy who conducted the 2005 interview) said a few years ago it was just an intro, not a full song.
Beltrami said Seven was the best piece of the four he worked on, but all those tracks were still instrumentals as of the time he worked on them. Bears have now won games with all 3 QBs this season. It feels like a fever dream. The sky was falling when Caleb went down.

At this point I don't really care what they do.
Neither do I.
Other than one more leak, only thing I would hope for (highly unlikely) is they enter a Floyd/Mac period where they start focusing on releasing special/deluxe editions and box sets which could potentially contain some gold nuggets...and they unload them on a regular basis.
