Thank you guy's for the updates!  I had a hunch a few weeks ago that MSL was at the very least exaggerating greatly what he had.  During the past week, what is the consensus--that this is just another game he is playing, or that there really is something damning in his possession?  Again, thank you all for bringing me up to speed!  Always can count on you guy's here!  A shout out to Mr. Lofton--how you doing man?

Read the thread above yours.

The "someone is in trouble" post was nothing more than a poster pretending to be an insider and making stuff up.

Yep, just read through that, but it's kind of vague posts about something that went down without discussing what exactly happened?   Could you or someone give a rundown or quick summary of what happened?  I appreciate it greatly and thank you for responding ppp!!

What's the deal with this "someone is in trouble" post?  Can someone point me to the Bumble chat that is referred to? Or, is this nothing, and I'm not missing anything?  Any updates regarding the MSL data dump?  Thank you in advance!

nice to hear from axl again...msl was right though about McGhee

Actually, funny it wasn't reported on any GN'R related message-boards, but news articles had surfaced in the last month, that GN'R and Doc had amicably parted ways (not a permanent deal ever--he helped with last tour) and GN'R are working with Jeff Kwatinetz (The Firm).  MSL likely had a Google news alert going, and saw that posted a few places last month and then threw it into his story to try and make his write-up more believable.

What is SRV or SVR and acronym for, which some are using to describe a solo Robin Finck did on Soul Monster?  Thank you in advance.

Excuse my me for asking, but I can't remember from the chats, what the song (SVR acronym for what?) Axl was referring to when describing Fink's solo?

Does anyone get the feeling that MSL is actually working for GN'R?

I am pretty sure I read that when Sanctuary was purchased/bailed out by Universal, and then Azoff renegotiated Axl's deal with Universal in 2008, that Axl regained his publishing rights.  This was the same negotiation that then secured the Best Buy exclusive deal, which then allowed Universal to recoup the debt for fronting the costs of CD, thus eliminating Axl's recording debts to them as well.  The deal cleared the deck, and Axl gained either part or all of his publishing rights back (not sure which--probably partial for a period of time, after which he gets all of them back).  I also know that Axl still makes money from licensing the songs to movies, because he was able to give Sweet Child to The Wrestler.  They typically make big bucks (lump sum payment) from films--I think they typically get paid over $1 million dollars for a song which is featured in a film.  I believe The Expendables, which featured Paradise City in the movie and trailer, paid them big bucks to use the song.
