Hoping Blabbermouth and other sites pic this up. TB deserves the embarrassment.

Apparently the song was officially uploaded to TouchTunes Digital Jukebox. Someone on Mygnr selected it to play at Rainbow Bar and it says it played. They weren't there so nothing was recorded.

I am officially done with GNR Reddit. It's unreadable at this point. Another "insider" troll started a thread with fake Atlas artwork today, claiming the single was supposed to be out this week. I don't give a shit about the trolls, I give a shit about dozens of comments seriously questioning if it's legit and upvoting said comments. This is why the forums are still way better despite their decrease in users. The trolls know better than to bring that shit here or they'd get exposed in 2 seconds.

The trolls are getting less creative and quite frankly boring. We need a better class of trolls like we had a few years ago, when they literally printed fake Village track lists that had to be discredited by experts like Wagszilla. And of course that fake UMG document that fooled Alan Niven and Mitch Lafon.

The Better video was hideous. That cringy reality show intro with the band members names (including Bucket who was no longer there) would have been a laughing stock. The very beginning with Axl racing the police car was pretty forced and cringe too. I'd still like to see the puppet video with the bird creature.

Both Going down and Ten Percenter (Tommy Demo 1) were recently officially registered as Tommy songs somewhere, can't remember exactly where. So the speculation was that the songs have officially been given back to Tommy behind the scenes.

Tried to quote some posts but my phone won't let me.
No I'm not trolling. Yes I received proof of the August 11 date from a wrestler and when I asked him about the next single (the general) he guessed Sept 22 or 29 depending on how Perhaps does. He wasn't 100% on it but I'm taking it to mean that the general is probably coming late Sept or early Oct like we got with the absurd hs double whammy last time.
I apologize. I just know the forum sometimes likes to make these things up as a group joke.

Borki just said over there that MSL predicted Atlas in September...fuck I hope that's not true. If we're not getting an unheard song then my interest level in GNR this year just dropped to near zero.

I havent talked to him for years, but I hear he doesn't get involved in any of this stuff anymore. Weather i would put stock in it depends on the poster who said it first, or that claims they heard him say it.
Even then it doesn't mean it's true
After some digging, it seems it originated from a troll post on BadApples. Whether the poster who brought it to Mygnr is also trolling or doesn't realize the nature of the other forum, who knows.
