My only worry is that the plug could easily be pulled just like that because Axl could say "We never said once it was coming out". I'm not meaning to put a downer on anything but we are no where near guaranteed this album yet.
I have a funny story on this. I ordered a couple other things when I ordered CD on the Canadian bestbuy site. Anyways I called afterwards to make sure they would ship everything on the 23 or 24th of Nov instead of shipping the other things seperately. Anyways the lady at customer service said that CD will be shipped differently in case it doesn't come out. I laughed when she said that and I told her I wouldn't be surprised if that happened. She just said they were cautious about it. I just thought it was funny she said that it would ship seperately so that I would get everything else if it would not come out.

I just ordered my copy. What bums me out though is that in Canada we only have the option to buy one version of CD.

What is bordering on dumbass is Axl's complete silence on everything being leaked....tracklist, release date, and they still won't say shit. If ever there was proof he is insane.....:bs:
That fans complain about the silence that I agree with. This is insane. Is he gonna wait till after it's released or what?

Axlin08: The least lyrically inspired track of what ive heard so far, which would match what i think of My world.. ok it may sound a little out there, comparing my world to if the world, but afaic, lyrically they both dont do it for me.

I always thought that My World was fine for what it was. Not nearly as bad as people make it out to be.

Is the tracklist itself phenomenal? No. Is it amazing to see it? Yes. And that's what we should focus on. We don't get to dictate what Chinese Democracy is. We never did. We never deserved that power - but we did deserve a chance to hear it eventually (swingers would jump on this statement but I hope you'll understand it better). We're getting what we asked for and realistically, kinda deserved. So it's a very good day for us.
Shackler's kicks ass guys... oh and I'm happy as a pig in shit that Catcher is on it. Best CD song no one talks about.
This album will be worth buying for Catcher alone. One of the most underrated track from GNR. It is one of my favorite songs from GNR period. I can't wait to hear Sorry as well. Am I bummed that there will only be 3 songs that I haven't heard on this? Yep! But I won't complain cause that is my fault. And when I see you guys complain about the tracklisting it makes me shake my head. For year we all wanted the album. Now that it's coming out you complain about the tracklisting. I never thought I'd say this but I'M starting to feel for Axl. Nothing he does will ever please some of you. If he goes back in hiding after this can't say I would blame him.

Not necessarily. Mysteron made a comment about it not being talked about BEFORE Thursday. So we'll see.
I'm thinking it'll come out Friday.
I can't wait for the official announcement to get more details.

It's just different ways of looking at something. I know what I like, you know what you like. Sometimes they overlap and other times they don't.
It will be kind of funny to listen to the songs and go "that's not how it goes" when a different part shows up.
It's gonna be weird having the album period. Wonder how long it'll take before people start asking for another album.
