I started working out at a gym exactly one month ago today, June 19th. It's now been a month and I'm addicted and loving going to the gym every day. I do cardio first and than hit the weights. I can already tell a big difference in many ways. From the better nights sleep I'm getting to seeing muscle definition all over my body. My abs are looking great only after one month. I have to get up real early and go in the mornings. I can't wait all day and than go to the gym in the afternoon. I have no energy by than.

I had been trying to push myself for years to get back to the gym and now that I finally did, I'm enjoying it so much and I'm already reaping the benefits of working out.
