He's simping hard in those lyrics. Quite pathetic really to be that affected by some "hoowah" from the early 90s. He's not 18 when writing it either, he's nearly 40. Jesus Christ Axl, what happened to "Back off Bitch"?

Oh yes Back off Bitch. Lyrical masterpiece.

Oh baby. Pretty baby.

All due respect to Duff, but it's a long bow to draw to suggest he has it in his locker to write something of the calibre of 'Civil War'...

Have you ever read the writing credits or backstory of the song? He wrote the “black armband” part.

In your defense he also wrote So Fine.

This at least shows to me they are open to the idea of writing new gnr music. He wouldn’t put it out there like that if there were no chance.

First half of the video is synched well with live footage. Second half looks like they gave up. What’s the AI? The animation? It’s alright but I don’t know why you’d ever disclose that.

As long as they keep doing … something. I can deal with the slow trickle as long as it, you know, TRICKLES.

I actually kinda like how polarizing this song is

Literally almost every CD era song is fine in its own right…it’s hype that makes things divisive. Happened with Prostitute/Song 2 for sure, and Sorry. Monster/Soul Monster is or will be the same. When it doesn’t live up to whatever Sebastian Bach said it was, it’s deemed shit, which is a little unfair. But, they allowed this to happen.

The thing is, Axl WOULD blow Neil of the stage. I bet he tries even harder just because  it's Motley/Neil..
I would go to a Guns/Crew tour but I think they could do much better.

He absolutely would. Yeah he (axl) has weak moments, but he also has points in the show where he belts out things that show you he can still perform. Vince doesn’t have those.

FWIW I heard for the second time on SiriusXM yesterday a DJ hinting (maybe speculating) on a GnR/Motley NA tour in 2024. Sirius has had a business relationship with GnR including a custom GnR channel and a livestream of an (I think) NYC concert, so it may be an informed take. Maybe a fall/winter Arena tour?

What a dumb thread. You think I’m going to give the tracks away?!

Edit before i get flamed: that was a joke.
