To be fair, communication with the fans is the band's responsibility, not the management. When
Metallica communicates with their fans its not through THE FIRM.
You make a good point. But Azoff could give Axl the good advice to communicate. Plus other than the Rock Band 2 thingy, nothing tells us that CD will be released this year.

When did Axl and Bon Jovi hang out? I totally missed this.
Back in 2006 I want to say, Baz made a comment how he was hanging out with Axl, Lars Ulrich & Jon Bon Jovi.
I thought Baz hated Jon Bon Jovi from the Skid Row days. I'm surprised about this.

Anything new regarding the VMA's rumors?
#1265 Re: Guns N' Roses » Are you glad the members of Guns N' Roses are in Guns N' Roses? » 881 weeks ago
Meh! To me for starters they are NOT in GNR but in Axl's solo project. Dick, Frank and Pitman I do not care that much about them. Other than having seen them play with Axl I am not familiar with their work and ain't interested in becoming familiar with what they did outside of Axl's little project. Bumblefoot while I can't say I care to get familiar with his work YET (that may change) I think Axl should keep him even if he brings Bucket back. Bumble is the most fan friendly of them all and could become an excellent spokesperson for Axl's band if Axl allows him to talk. Stinson I have a lot of respect for as well as Buckethead. As for Finck. I can't say I hate him but I can't say I'm a fan. I totally get why he left and support him on this a 110%. So in other words. "GNR" as we knew it will NEVER exist ever again. It will never be a band again. If Axl decides to release some music it will be with a bunch of hired hechmen. Stinson may stay, Dizzy will always stay. The others I think will always be a revolving door. We will never have a permanent guitarist or member other than Axl and Dizzy in Axl's project. I hope I am wrong but the last decade has showed me I am right on the money with this.

Communist China wrote:He wants to stay in Toronto because he doesn't care about winning. It's a guaranteed check and the blame will never fall on him because he's surrounded by players that just aren't good enough. I'm not being harsh, I don't say this about many players, but I don't think Sundin wants to make the playoffs. It's easier just to stay in Toronto.
That's what I've been saying all along. Mark this day down. We agree on something CC
If he goes to Vancouver he's a sell out. If he stays in Tornonto we know he has no desire to win. If he goes to Montreal he'll be smart. I actually see people having more respect for him if he goes to Montreal than staying in Toronto. Staying in Toronto puts his whole competive spirit in question if you ask me.
While I agree that if Sundin stays in Toronto that it means he doesn't want to win, but I'll respect him more if he stays in Toronto instead of going to Vancouver. If Sundin goes to Vancouver that makes him a loser and a player who just wants to play for $ and has no passion for the game. The Canucks have as much chance to make the playoffs this year as the Maple Leafs which is none. If he goes to Montreal my respect for him will go up but if he stays in Toronto I have to respect his loyalty to the Leafs organization cause not too many players have that loyalty nowadays.

Holy shit! While I won't pretend to be the smartest guy here, I know I ain't the dumbest. And I have read the last say 10 pages of this thread and I DO NOT understand what is going on other than the fact that Arcade seems to think he is in a James Bond movie. Wake me up if a leak happens otherwise I am not reading this thread any longer cause it is giving me a headache.

Tommy Stinson has called the album earth shattering and epic. Brain said that it was "Their Zeppelin 2". Can't remember what Dick and Dizzy said about nor do I care to remember. Of all the tracks we've heard thus far I really liked Catcher in the Rye and Chinese Democracy. Catcher has a Beatlesque sound I really liked. CD is as good as any other GNR songs. The rest of them. While I wouldn't say they suck, they are not "earth shattering" nor "epic" nor "Zeppelin 2" like quality. And they wouldn't have made the cut to be on AFD and they definitely DO NOT hold up to AFD. And I will say that if what we've heard thus far is the album. They will get a lot of "We waited 14 years for this?" It's not horrible music. Compared to the other crap we get from other bands today what Axl was able to come up with is not bad at all. But it's nothing to get excited about. Just ordinary music. That's how I see it anyways. So yeah I think people will be disappointed IF the album comes out and it will not get awesome reviews basicalyy because we were promised music that would be revolutianizing and all we got was overproduced songs that are barely better than the rest of the other bands.
#1270 Re: The Sunset Strip » Best and Worst movies of this decade (so far) » 883 weeks ago
The Devil's Rejects
Saw
Grandma's Boy
Batman Begins
Into the Wild
Sweeny Todd
Meet the Parents
Blow
Spiderman
Juno
The Lord of the Rings (all 3!)
and....The Dark Knight (from what we've seen)
Worst:
TONS!XXX
The Pacifier
Halloween Resurection
Jason X
Freddy vs. Jason
Alien vs. Predator
The Hulk
T3
The Exorcist: The Beggining
The Omen
Scary Movie (anything after the first)
Resident Evil
Nacho Libre
Fast and the Furious 2-3And tons more. Can't think of them now.
Grandma's Boy was one of your favorite movies of the decade? No offense Saikin but you need to see more movies. You've just completely wrecked my week by reminding me of this atrocity of a movie. But you are entitled to your opinion even though I don't get it.
Best:
The Dark Knight
X-Men 2
Iron Man
Spider-man 1 and 2
The Pursuit of Happyness
Live free or Die Hard (Action in this was awesome)
Knocked Up
American Wedding
American Beauty
Talladega nights
Perhaps many more but nothing comes to mind and I haven't watched too many movies in the last year or so.
Worst:
GRANDMA'S BOY (Sorry Saikin)
Friday Night Lights (After 10 minutes I gave up)
Norbit
Pluto Nash (Hell to save some time pretty nuch anything with Eddie Murphy in it)
Anchorman (I know I'm in the minority)
Tenacious D The Pick Of Destiny
Analyze That (What a terrible sequel)
Saw Any one of them (I know I'm the only human being on the planet who hates Saw but what can I say?)
Fun with Dick and Jane
