Anybody? I tried getting help on Yahoo! answers, one person asked if it was Spellbinder (1988) but this movie I'm thinking of is older. I also remember there was a woman in the cult that had no eyes and the man that was trying to escape from them shot one of the cult members with a gun and he started bleeding like white blood. LOL I know, this movie sounds freaking weird, it definitely wasn't a mainstream hit.

I'm trying to find this horror movie I saw when I was very little and got freaked the hell out. I'm guessing it was made in the early-mid '80s, maybe even '70s but there was a part where a guy walks into an abandoned church and encounters this cult of monk-like people (a lot like the enemies you kill in Resident Evil 4), he tries to escape but they capture and crucify him. Does this sound familiar to anybody? Please let me know if you do.

Gamespot just announced that Dead Rising 2 is on its way for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Here's pictures:

Capcom confirms rumors, revealing Blue Castle-developed sequel to 1.5 million-selling horror game set in Las Vegas-like gambling mecca; first official trailer inside.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To the surprise of virtually no one, Capcom today confirmed that it is developing Dead Rising 2. The announcement comes just days after the game's trailer hit YouTube and two weeks after designer Keiji Inafune told Famitsu a multiplatform sequel was in the works.
Indeed, keeping with Capcom's newish policy of being console agnostic, the follow-up is in development for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The original sold 1.5 million copies solely on the 360, although a scaled-down Wii port--subtitled Chop 'Til You Drop--is set for release later this month.
Today's report also comes three months after rumors pegged Blue Castle, the shop behind 2K Sports' Major League Baseball game The BIGS, as developing Dead Rising 2. Sure enough, the Vancouver-based studio is working on the game, with Tokyo-based Inafune acting as producer of the project.
As was indicated by the now-official trailer, Dead Rising 2 will be set in a Las Vegas-like gambling metropolis called Fortune City. Set several years after the original's litigiously similar Dawn of the Dead-like mall massacre, the sequel sees zombification spreading unchecked across the US a la the best-selling novel World War Z. Players will be tasked with battling said zombies with a host of new objects, including an American Gladiators-like giant hamster ball.
Capcom has not yet announced a release window for Dead Rising 2. GameSpot will have more details on the game as they emerge.

Should have locked somebody in the walls of Jericho while he was at it
Seriously though, that was uncalled for. Sure the fans were being obnoxious and the security could have done better but there's better things to get pissed off at than a bunch of inbreds whose parents never taught them that wrestling was staged.
The video's fucking hilarious though, it made my day.

Zombie Says Halloween 2 is Laurie's Movie
Source:Icons of Fright
January 22, 2009
Tim Sullivan, filmmaker (2001 Maniacs) and good friend of Rob Zombie, caught up to the writer and director Halloween 2 to get a read on what the next chapter in the Myers legacy is about.
Zombie begins by clearing the air on why he's back. Most of it having to do with a want to follow through on the world he created in Halloween. Introductions to the characters were made in that remake and now he's allowed to run with them in any direction he feels like.
He also emphasizes the sequel is not a redo of Rick Rosenthal's film.
Scout Taylor-Compton has not read the script, Zombie says, but it will definitely be her movie. "She's not the happy-go-lucky girl, now she's very f**ked up famous person, trying to make sense of this," he explains. "It takes place over some time, but it starts that night [of the murdes] and then essentially, I mean...the first one, Laurie has no idea what just happened. But then she wakes up the next day and someone's going, 'Oh by the way, your parents are dead. All your friends are dead. And actually, your brother is uh, Charles Manson.' You know? 'How do you feel about that?' See what I mean?"
Zombie seems unsure if Malcolm McDowell will return as Dr. Loomis and adds that he'd rather not have the character at all if the actor doesn't sign to the film. There's more solid reading to be had, so check out Icons of Fright's full interview right here.
Halloween 2 opens in theaters August 28th.

Rob Zombie just posted in his myspace blog that actors Jeff Daniel Phillips and Mark Christopher Lawrence have joined the cast, didn't say who they're playing though.
Anyway, other casting news:
Roebuck and Harris Officially Returning to Haddonfield
We broke the news a few weeks ago that Danielle Harris was in talks to return as Annie Brackett in Rob Zombie's HALLOWEEN sequel H2. We received confirmation today that Harris has officially signed on to return. In addition, we learned that Daniel Roebuck will also be returning to Haddonfield as Lou Martini. They will join the confirmed names of Ezra Buzzington and Tyler Mane (Michael Myers), while we are still awaiting official confirmation on Scout Taylor-Compton, Malcolm McDowell, Daeg Faerch and Sheri Moon Zombie, although we're told it's pretty set in stone. HALLOWEEN 2 arrives in theaters August 28th, 2009.

Ezra Buzzington is back !!!!!!!!
Unfortunately Ezra's scene didn't make the final cut of Halloween, so he is back. Ezra has officially joined the cast of H2. He will be playing the part of Ned Atkins - beer delivery man for The Rabbit In Red.

Michael Myers Went Down to Georgia
Source:Production Weekly,SpoilerTV
January 6, 2009
Rob Zombie needs a change of scenery. In 2007, he utilized Pasadena and its quaint neighborhoods for his Halloween redo. Apropos considering that's where most of John Carpenter's film set up shop during principal photography.
For H2 (Halloween 2), however, the streets of Haddonfield will be recreated in Atlanta, Georgia. That's where Production Weekly says the sequel will begin lensing near the end of February (not sure where all of this talk about shooting in January began).
Meanwhile, more casting sides were leaked onto the web yesterday. SpoilerTV got the scoop on a load of characters who will wind up dead. Check out those details here. And finally, Bloody-Disgusting is reporting Danielle Harris may be back to reprise her role as Annie Brackett.

Here's news on the release date...
Halloween 2 Takes Familiar Spot
Source:Dimension Films
January 2, 2009
Halloween in October? Not quite. As we speculated here, Dimension Films has indeed shown that familiarity works best and Rob Zombie's H2 (Halloween 2) is now slated for release August 28th. Originally, Zombie had alluded to an October debut. But, late August is the same time frame Halloween bowed in 2007 and took the #1 spot at the box office. Written and directed by Zombie, the sequel picks up immediately after the first entry. Tyler Mane is currently the only actor officially attached. Pre-production begins this month with a principal photography start scheduled for early March.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From the looks of it now we're getting a rushed sequel, not good
I thought October was a good time for this to be released, I hope Rob has a decent script finished already...
