Am I the only one who has a soft spot for Hellraiser: Bloodline?

Granted, the film is flawed, but particularly the workprint I've seen (containing additional scenes) offers glimpses of innovation and worthiness. The film was castrated by haphazard postproduction.

"[Axl] notified ASCAP on or around May 26 that he was switching over the publishing from Guns N' Roses to Black Frog Music Publishing (which he owns) and Kobalt Songs Music Publishing (which is a joint venture with and handles the administration of Sanctuary's publishing)." (MTV, 08/23/05)

I believe Live Era also credits Del James on behalf of Black Frog for going through all the DAT's. Black Frog consists of Axl, Beta and Del, and possibly others.

Goes on to show how friggin' old a track we're talking about...

Nice to see Beavan's name there, though. About time he gets a credit!

As far as I know, yeah, the image is from China.

Interesting to mention Sasha Volkova (who publicly appeared with Axl in '06-07), as their relationship of whatever nature has apparently ran its course and it's not really Ax to cater the wishes of the people he's broken up with. Unless it's one of those 'grand gestures of apologizing' which Slash's mentioned.

After all the trouble Roy Thomas Baker, Caram Constanzo and Tom Zutaut went through in order to make Brain sound like Dave Grohl, Axl replaced his drumming with Frank. 16

The title goes back to September '99, at least.

"[Doug Goldstein] verifies that the new GN'R studio album, due out sometime next year, will be called Chinese Democracy. He adds that the title has been a done deal for at least six weeks." (Allstarmag, 11/09/99)

Dizzy's tech took the picture before the '02 shows, I think.

My point being, the image might've inspired Axl to dub the album 'CD', or it would've just hit a chord with him after the title'd been decided upon.

Once more, it wasn't Axl. It was Dizzy's tech, who took the picture... Not sure which came first, though, the title or the image.

I'm pretty sure he hears stuff through Brain, if he so chooses. Those two go back a long way.
