#151 Re: The Sunset Strip » Steven Tyler can't sing like he used to » 836 weeks ago

Fuck, I passed on seeing Aerosmith this summer because I figured if they don't play some Rocks shit (the last tour lists I read about were pretty sappy) that it was no fuckin' use going. And, now they're playing the whole album. Fuck.

Having read Slash's book; would this even be possible? it says Matt did things in songs Steven simply wasn't good enough to do. Some old GNR shit Slash did with other people got him in trouble because Steven couldn't play it, but with Matt on board they could have used their ideas themselves.

Everyone knows this is staged - if it wasn't, he'd have done a whole album crying about it by now.

I'd rather see Baz than Papa Roach. Anyone who listens to "Last Resort"... well. wink

Dumbfounded as to how learning previously recorded songs could take so long... didn't Gilby learn like 50 songs in two weeks??

#157 Re: The Garden » Actual Night Train (the Drink) » 843 weeks ago

While I've never had actual Night Train Express, I've drank Royal Red (14%) bumwine here in Canada and it's quite the experience and utterly disgusting. I find the drunk wears off real quickly compared to something like whiskey, though, but it will get you drunk faster. At least it did to me.

Busta Rhymes? Slash is gonna be all over the place with this new material, and I'm gonna go ahead and assume that's a good thing. 21

The haters will still somehow claim Busta to be one of the all-time rock greats and how Slash isn't going out of his comfort zone because of it. 'Cause as we all know, if it ain't industrial, it's not a new direction. 16

Axl probably needs someone to dress him physically.

#160 Re: Guns N' Roses » More ridiculous, Guns N' Roses or Black Sabbath? » 848 weeks ago

Who is more ridiculous? The one of the two that managed one album in 20 years.
