I actually prefer the skipping versions!  I think this latest set sounds a little like someone used the original leaks and tried to get rid of the skipping, using the AIM noises to cover the more obvious skips.  Just a theory.

I'm not going to argue with you, because of course music is subjective, but I love those two songs, especially scraped!

I think I've come to realise that even my least favorite songs on the album (madagascar!) are pretty good, and I really like the sound of it overall.  Can't wait to hold the CD in my hands! :mosh::mosh:

No one else seems to like Scraped, but I think it''s the best rocker on the album (despite the intro).  It definitely seems in the old G n' R vein, and has a very cool riff, IMO.

He is as far as i can tell - last verse and buried in the mix.  I also sort of get why he said doom metal, its not heavy but its got that sort of feel to it, dark sounding - although pink floyd would have been a better comparison.
