Thank God.

There's a big difference between play PC live with some people for fun & rerecording it for release. Whatever the reason, I'm glad it's been shelved.

Of all the major acts I've seen, these three are the most memorable for all the wrong reasons.

3. The Black Crowes-I've seen TBC several times, but this one night at The Adler Theatre  in Davenport, Iowa on October 14, 2001 was bad. It's not that the band or Chris Robinson were terrible, but rather the venue they booked to play. The show was in a fancy theatre that would be better suited for a play or a movie. Cushioned seats all the way up to the front of the stage & they stopped selling beer before TBC took the stage. The band was obviously pissed over the lack of crowd interaction & the crowd was being put to sleep by being stoned in such cushy seats. There were ushers with flashlights everywhere, etc, etc...

2. fakeGNR-Moline, Illinois 2002-I knew it might be weird going into this one from the MTV performance, the Vancouver riot, and from reading about 1/2 empty arenas before they got to Moline. Axl looked & sounded like some sports bar coke dealer & Robin Finck forever tarnished the GNR name with his playing that night. To top off the fraud, Fortus, not Buckethead, got to play to PC outro because it was his birthday. It was another 1/2 full arena & I've seen more smiles leaving some of the funerals I've attended.

1. The Dead-Somerset, Wisconsin 2003-My wife drug me to this allday shitfest. Bob Dylan opened the 9+hour torture session with a white noise electric set. Seriously, I couldn't understand a thing he was saying or playing. Then, The Dead(The Greatful Dead without Jerry Garcia) noodled for like 6+ hours thru multiple sets. It was terrible, I ran out of weed, beers were like $7 & everyone there just sucked. It was the longest day of my life.

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out. Did Axl form a habit in NYC that bit him in the ass in Brasil? Or was it simply a sore throat? Funny how Fernando is nowhere to be found on this rumor.

#155 Re: The Sunset Strip » Soundgarden reunites » 798 weeks ago

Soundgarden indirectly screwed over a bunch of people here in the Northwest with their touring silence. For some reason the Sasquatch Festival put tickets on sale before announcing the lineups. This was the first time the festival had ever done this. Naturally, rumors starting floating that Soundgarden & Faith No More would be headliners. The festival even had a party at the old Crocodile Cafe in Seattle to announce the lineups & everyone assumed Soundgarden would make an appearance to stoke the fire. Turns out Massive Attack, Ween, and MY Morning Jacket are the headliners for probably the weakest Sasquatch lineup to date. I'm just glad I wasn't one of the people who jumped the gun on buying tickets cause of the seemingly plausible rumors.

Didn't you vote for CD every round in the 2000's album elimination?  I'm starting to think you don't like GNR at all.

I'm starting to tink you're a faggot if you remember what people vote for in these polls. I'm starting to think you like cock in your mouth.

#160 Re: The Garden » Erin Andrews, invasion of privacy » 831 weeks ago

I think some of you have just become too jaded as to how the Paris Hilton's & the Britney Spear's of the world operate. Erin Andrews is nothing like that. If she wanted some pub, she could probably get 8 figures to pose in The Playboy college football edition. I really think this is just a case of a really respectable, hard working woman fighting back after some perv invaded her privacy. It's actually kind of disturbing to me that some of you are turning this around on her.
