No, just a fact. Races have more difficulty differentiating people from another race than themselves. Kinda like not being able to single out an ant, to put it on the edge.
Yeah but now you're referring Asian people to ants. I know what you're saying but should it be said like that, if you understand what i mean.

If Wall-E didn't make it into best picture, no animated movie ever will. It was brilliant on so many levels.
How can you say that? The movie was terrible. Very weak storyline, and hardly any dialougue. That is unless you want to count "Wall-E.eee" and "Eveeeee." It was truely pathetic in my opinion and how it got nominated for an Oscar is beyond me.

Good to see Run DMC get the nod. Even if it's the Rock n' Roll hall of fame. Better them than Madonna.. ohh wait.
And what the FUCK.. Motorhead snubbed again.
I know.
Maybe the Lemmy Rockumentary movie thats coming out soon will help ease your pain.

Okay, everyone knows Jack Nicholson did the Joker in the older Batman movies, but credit Heath Ledger for perfecting the roll. I diasgree. Don't get me wrong I think Ledgers final hour in his role as The Joker was superb but he didn't create it. I strongly believe he was influenced by Nicholson but not his incarnation of the Joker, but from Nicholsons role in The Shining.
Think of the things that made Ledger so good in his role as the Joker. For example, his facial expressions, the way he pauses, licks his lips, talks quitely and then loudly etc,
Now look at this clip from The Shining particulary between 3:45 and 4:16

I can't wait to hear an acoustic version of Better with vocals.

The harmony and guitar arrangement of that was simply amazing.
I'd love to hear a studio version of that.
#170 Re: Guns N' Roses » This I Love » 865 weeks ago
i played it for my wife....she didnt like it...said axl was tring to hard to recreate november rain and falling very short...she thought the guitar solo was terrible
It's not trying to be November Rain though....its like the aftermath of it. End of the November Rain video Axl's wife dies. This I Love is like him coming to terms with that and moving on, this is referenced as he's talking about giving up his "ghost of bride" The two songs gel off each other perfectly. Listen to November Rain then immediately afterwards listen to This I Love. Although Axl's vocal ability is alot weaker in This I Love for obvious reasons I think that works to an advantage. A music video of This I Love would be amazing. Imagine Axl sitting at the piano again in a suit lookin older and singing this ballad as a follow up from 1992's NR.
