Bumblefoot once wrote an article about deleting dloaded tracks if you don't like it enough to buy the album and how he was ok with that. I'm trying to find the article, anyone remember it?
I remember something like that 
I'll try and dig it out later, I think its on his message board somewhere.
If you where really his fan you would buy the work he's done. Instead 4 out of every 5 Stole it. How can anyone 100% guaranty that will not happen to Chinese Democracy???
Not the smartest move coming onto a GNR forum and saying we're not "really his fan" because we didn't buy Angel Down.
I haven't bought it yet, nor have I downloaded it. I'm tempted to just pick up the three songs with Axl on through iTunes. The one song I did hear (back in the saddle) really didn't impress me though so I've been in no rush to buy it.... it doesn't make me any less of a fan.
Just like I think My World on UYI 2 sucks, doesn't mean Im not a fan of Axl. I just think he needs to be a little more careful about what he releases to the public

Axl looks so uncomfortable during this performance. Maybe it was the crowd he was playing to 
Watching this video I'm not surprised he slipped in to one of his "silences", he seems to be lacking that enthusiasm he carried throughout the UYI tour.... playing just the one song maybe I shouldnt expect him to be as hyped up as usual.

Just watched the Shawshank Redemption. Classic film
I'm supposed to be taking Krystal to the cinema to see a Xmas movie but I'm dreading the thought of going. If I could smoke in a cinema I wouldn't mind it so much, it's the thought of having to sit for 2 hours without a cigarette watching some poorly written rom-com film. I can tell you what happens before I even know what film we're going to see:
It's Xmas Time. Guys want girl. Girl rejects guy. 30 minutes of filler crap. Guy gets girl. It snows. The End.
Maybe if I get wasted beforehand it won't be soo bad

Note : When I tried to play this in Windows Media Player it had no audio. Loading the file in Quicktime Player or Nero Showtime worked fine ~ maybe I was missing a codec for WMP.
This is a backstage interview from around 1989 ~ approx. 30 minutes long. The whole band is interviewed just before and straight after a gig in LA.

Nahh - didn't dare ask about CD. He was actually really cool and in a good mood cracking a few jokes etc. - But I'm sure the guy isn't a big fan of photos!
Understandable really Think about how many times he has been asked for a photo to be taken by a fan.
After the Hammersmith gig in London Axl was driven out in a Limousine and he wound his window down to say hello to the handful of fans that were still hanging around (I was one of the sad ones still hanging around).
When his window started to go back up I quickly asked for a photo but he just laughed and shrugged his shoulders. I think my "Wheres Izzy" tshirt may have put him off a little

I'll have another go at these tomorrow (currently 4:40am over here) but quickly put together a large version and two avatars

Izzy has mentioned sending me some awesome bootlegs that only he has in his possesion so I really need to get on to him about these. He hasn't replied to my last few emails so I presume he's lost in the desert somewhere, he's normally pretty efficient at replying.
I miss my bootleg trading days, my gf doesn't like me giving out our home address online She thinks some GNR bootleg trading murderer will use our address to track me down and kill me I hope she's wrong lol
