^ Then again you can say Slash has commented on "Chinese Democracy" more than anyone else in the band....
Thats the truth. Which is pretty pathetic. However, he gets baited into those questions. Never brings it up on his own. World War III could be happening, and someone from the GNR camp would yell Slash from the highest mountaintop.
I just wish they could get their priorities straight. The music is too good to throw that away and waste time on small fish.

Axl having his lawyer claim an incident that can never be proven. This accusation was so lame, they had to send out 2 press releases. One without the Slash shit to society, and one with the Slash shit to GNR communities.
Almost every interview in the CD era.
Beta's constant posts, PMs, and now phone calls about Slash.
The resurrection of the Slash incident after March 6th when the next thing we were supposed to hear was some sort of CD update. What does Slash have to do with Chinese Democracy?
Dizzy's lame interview in 05(although this interview was fishy).
That Alan Niven statement in early 06.
There have been fewer Chinese Democracy mentions by GNR or people associated with GNR than there have been about Slash.

It is wierd for them to be upset about Slash so many years on. But then i guess theres a personal level to it as well - like Axl and Slash were friends as well as co-workers, and when friendships fall appart it can stick to you.
If thats the case, why hasn't Slash bitched about Axl for 12 years? Because he moved on.
If Axl/GNR weren't obsessed with him, he wouldn't come up constantly.
Its never the time for any CD news, but its always the time for Slash mentions?
At least we know the captain of this ship is steering it correctly.:haha:

this just sounds ridiculous.
It does? Have you read Beta's posts? Or maybe take a crash course on the happenings over the past two years(minus the AFD tours of course)? Its par for the course.
I'm shocked that people are considering this conversation far fetched.
#17876 Re: Guns N' Roses » Are they crazy ? » 934 weeks ago
Well, too much Slash shit coming from the GNR camp over the years, regardless of the MSL-Beta conversation. This just reinforces it. Remember, earlier this year after March 6th, instead of talking about CD the GNR camp resurrected that whole Slash going to his house bullshit. No one but the GNR camp cared.
I dont understand the anger/obsession/frustration with Slash. He moved on 12 years ago.
This band cant move on living under the shadow of a top hat. Sad but true.
Its really no surprise that Buckethead bailed. Who wants to sit around talking about someone who hasn't been in the band since the mid 90's?
#17877 Re: Guns N' Roses » Are they crazy ? » 934 weeks ago
What a clusterfuck. 14 years since the last GNR release, all the band has to show for it is comments about Slash. Yay us. This obsession with Slash that the GNR camp has really needs to stop. They need therapy, and not the kind Beta can provide. Do they realize that every person who used to be in the band has moved on? Dear Lord.
Her comments about Slash wanting to rejoin are ludicrous. Why join something that does nothing? Especially when you are already in a successful band.
Axl is too involved in the online world. I have said for years that he practically lives at these sites, and as more info keeps coming out, looks like I was right. He needs to step away from the internet and realize that the whole world isn't obsessing over him or his hatred for Slash.
Fans are the enemy? The remaining GNR fans left are the ones who prop these AFD tours up.
The fans need to get a life? Then admit you cant move on and are still too obsessed with Slash to ever do anything, and your fans will move on and "get a life".
GNR has to get over its obsession with Slash or this band will never do anything more than AFD tours. Period.
A reunion will never happen. Its obvious now. Slash will never do it. Who wants to walk into a situation where someone is completely obsessed with you, and the obsessor has a few hangers on who are paid to talk shit about you? If Slash has any integrity, he'll refuse when Axl's bank account shrinks some more and he wants to cash one final huge paycheck.
Like Slash said a couple months ago: "The past is the past and I am interested in whats going on now".
Too bad Axl cant have a similar philosophy.

Anyone seen this film? Its a masterpiece. I hated for it to end. I was in a trance. This film is about female sexual rage and how these women inflict violence because of their utter contempt towards society. This film is not hollywood fluff.
Its about a prostitute and some loser chick who lead terrible lives. After both commit a crime(and one is raped), they have a chance encounter. This leads to a quick friendship, and they go on an adventure filled with sex and violence. Its what Thelma and Louise would've been if Hollywood had any balls. This film is pretty much from a female perspective. These two have zero care for life. The interesting thing is, you feel sorry for them even though they are killing innocent people. The actress who plays Manu is very attractive. Sort of a plain Jane arab chick, but is definitely smoking. Just added her other movie to the top of my netflix queue. She is an ex porn star in France, although I am not a porn freak so probably wont ever see her other work.
This film is a semi pornographic film, so its definitely not for prudes. The sex is real, and there are closeup shots of blowjobs, fucking, a cumshot on Manu's ass, etc.
This film is supposedly one of the most controversial films this decade. I can see why.
Great film. I highly recommend it(if you're over 18).

Jameslofton wrote:Wow, I'm surprised by all the Saw hate. You guys must really hate american horror this decade, because its the best horror movie yet.
There are several Asian films that were far superior to Saw... A pity people don't like subtitles.
Thats why I said "american".
Believe me, I know that foreign films are light years ahead of american garbage. I just got through watching Baise Moi. Hollywood would never have the balls to do a film like that.
