WOW! I have been waiting for the official update :-)

The album will be worth the price simply for Catcher in the Rye.
I know for my dollar it will CITR is the track I'm most excited to hear :beer:I'm sure there will be songs better than the leaks and worse than the leaks...I'm hoping for more out of TWAT and Maddy - two song I love, but just not "there" yet IMO...
Remember, I think all GNR is good and when I say I don't care for Rhiad too much, that only means I like it less than all other GNR, but more than any other artist

Everyone is different. I'm excited to hear the finished version of CD. I feel that each song will be slightly different than what we have heard, and Catcher In Rye will be very different I hope, basically it will count as a new song to me. So for me there are 4 new songs...
But, I'll say that I LOVE Prostitute, It's one of my favorite of all the leaks. My favs are Better, IRS. The Blues, and Chinese Democracy.
My least liked are Rhiad and If The World....Shackler's is quite weak too IMO.

^ If the case goes to full-blown trial (w/ jury) The guy is screwed, as he will at least get a hefty fine and probation, if not a few months in the slammer also. But, at this point, as I've said, I don't think it's going to trial, as it will be dismissed or a plea bargain will be reached. I'm quite confident of this, and apparently his attorney is too (not guilty plea)

^ That doesn't matter, they need to prove it, just ask O.J.
#178 Re: Guns N' Roses » Alleged Guns N' Roses Leaker Pleads Innocent » 870 weeks ago
as for violating copyright laws...how was he supposed to know the songs were copyrighted or not? they are not officially released yet
And that is why we can't rule out the chance of this case being dismissed, and I think his attorney had him plea "not guilty" based on this fact...I seriously doubt he'll do more than 3 months jail time, if that even...

I'm actually hoping this case will get settled soon, if not dismissed completely. There is a chance of that btw...
