Half of you didn't get your flu shot last year.  Most of you wouldn't get a COVID vaccine if it existed.  But somehow Trump is to blame because you can't wash your hands, or are a 75 year old in a nursing home with 3 comorbidities.

Is there a single thing that 45 could do that would shake your seemingly undying allegiance to him? For someone shouting blind partisan rhetoric , you seem to be oblivious to the proverbial idiom of the pot and the kettle.

Where do you see allegiance? The talking point is that Trump’s actions or lack thereof related to COVID, killed people. Where is that claim supported in anything released.

Objectively, the United States is one of the most successful nations at handling COVID on the metrics of testing and tracking at a federal level and mortality rate to infected. You can look these figures up yourself.

I don’t know if Trump deserves any credit for that. I don’t support a federal plan dictating to local governments how to manage the virus. I believe States and Counties are best able to manage their populations, and that the federal government’s job is to allocate resources and drive guidance on containment and treatment. That’s exactly what has happened and no one has yet to provide an example of how the virus would be handled better.

In March, long after Trump’s comments, we talked about flattening the curve because we all knew the cat was out of the bag. Somehow this got lost in translation,  and the daily death count became the sole focus of popular media as a method to attack Trump. You saw it celebrated here as evidence of some maleficence. Yet how the CDC counts deaths is incredibly more liberal than our European counterparts. Despite that, the federal government and the US as a whole came out better than most.

I’m simply asking what this audio reveals? No one seems willing to state what harm occurred, just that Trump sounds like an asshole. More political hit jobs from one of the most respected outlets in the world.

You confuse allegiance to Trump with not towing the line of the left wing corporate media.

Fuck Donald Trump.

But FUCK those who use their platform to peddle dishonesty and manipulation to support any effort to get Trump’s agenda out of power and replaced with identity politics and race baiting nonsense.

You mean when he ended flights from China while Democrats and Biden called him a xenophobe.  Or when he ended flights from Europe while Cuomo and DeBlasio were telling NYers to go out and not worry.  Which is it.  You guys don't get to have it both ways.

Saw Bolton called the Atlantic article a lie.  Glad to see so many confident in its accuracy from anonymous sources.  It's not like the previous administration's intel leaders has egg on their face from the lies and dishonesty.  There's also irony in a bunch of people who repeatedly attack wounded veterans and mock them, feigning outrage at the mere suggestion Trump behaves like them.  Does anyone forget the horrible things Democrats said about McCain?

Also, what about dupe accounts? Flagg clearly has a new one. Not sure what the point is, but at least disable his old one.

Why do you exclusively post here to taunt Flagg and Buzz?  Do you have anything else to contribute or is your sole purpose to pick fights with people on the internet. SLC repeatedly violates forum rules and pops in a few times a year to start shit, then disappears for 6 months. I think it’s time for admins to have a private discussion with him. Just look at his post history and abuse of the karma feature.

Honestly amazed how long this has been going on, I thought it would simmer after a couple of weeks, but it's still going and now we see more civilians look like they are ready to get in the mix.

Still to this day I don't think Trump has said anything unfavourable in relation to recent killings by cops. He has not acknowledged why Americans are protesting and instead lumps them in with looters and murderers.

I always thought Trump got a lot of shit on this board when myself had no real issues with him. I can't say the same anymore. He should be uniting in a time like this and he is turning the screw instead. Appalling behavior for a sitting president.

What's the alternative, Biden? There is a dude that gives me the creeps.

There's his comments.  Would you prefer he make assumptions on what occurred and fan the flames of unrest as Obama did, when he was sympathetic towards Trayvon Martin or Mike Brown?  You clearly do your research and are one of the few informed members of this forum.  What should Trump say about Blake?  Blake wasn't a victim.  Breona Taylor was killed because her boyfriend opened fire on police.

The DNC paraded BLM at their convention, the platform almost entirely responsible for all civil unrest and violence in this nation the past 4-5 years.  But especially so the past 90 days.  Harris bailed these people out of jail, and even yesterday in Pittsburgh Biden refused to name and condemn the movement that has spawned all this violence.  He chose to blame Trump for the violence.  It's not Trump supporters burning down buildings, and killing people in cold blood.  We still have people here who think white supremacy is the culprit, even when the majority of violence seen in the past few weeks is committed by violent white leftists against other white people.  That was certainly the case in Portland and Kenosha.

If you want violence to stop, the first step is to remove from the streets those committing the violence.  It's not to make your platform "Vote for me, or my supporters will kill you and burn this mother down."

We all impose our interpretation based on what information we have, but none of us know this.  The Blues could just as easily be about Seymour, Everly, Duff, his mailman or a dog that died. We have no idea what combination of events and creative liberties occurred through the first 40 years of his life to inspire the various lyrics.  Sure, I think This I Love is about Seymour, because it was written in that era originally and Axl publicly said the breakup was hard on him.  That's one relationship out of many this man had that inspired his poetry?  I have no idea of any of the other relationships that didn't cover the front of Rolling Stone or serve as the basis for the trilogy of videos.

I got the deluxe orange vinyl set.  Enjoyed it, but the set list was a little lacking I felt.  Especially compared to S&M.

I don’t see much focus on who the victims were either.

Because all 3 were convicted felons with assault convictions. Kyle had the same right to be present as the 3 wounded people. The moment the antifa folks tried to assault Kyle, they forfeited any claim of victimhood.

What is it with the left and their obsession with painting felons killed in the commission of a violent felony as martyrs?

The show having LF give Sansa to Bolton was completely dumb. I guess I don't get the marriage plans for Sansa, etc.

I did hear a great theory that the reason Jaqen was in Kings Landing dungeon and on the way to the wall was that he was hired by LF to kill Ned. I'm not sure I believe that as Cersi said LF was the one to encourage Joffery to behead Ned. Why would he waste the money?

Does anyone think Lady Stoneheart will play any part with Jon? BWB seems to be planning something nasty at the Twins.

Jon is already dead, so I don't know what role she'll play with him.  I question how much of LS is actually Catelyn versus some ghoul.  Berric said he lost a piece of him every time he died, and he was raised minutes after each death.  Catelyn had been floating for days when they found her.  I know magic and all that, but the amount of decay that would have on someone's brain cells is... alarming.  Her throat is still cut from the red wedding, so I just wonder how much of LS is actually Catelyn.  Martin posted a few years ago that neither Berric nor Catelyn are alive, and their bodies are slowly decaying.  If Jon is resurrected, with or without transferring his soul to Ghost, I think he has a limited future in Westeros.  It sure won't be the bitter sweet ending of the show where he rides off North finally a free man.

I don't think Jaqen had anything to do with LF or Varys.  I think he was sent to recruit Arya on his mission to the Citadel to get the book on dragons.  That he was in the cells in the first place was his own ploy.  I know that action requires a level of clairvoyance, but glass candles and prophecy all make that some what possible with existing lore.  LF does have a connection to Bravos, but as you said previously, LF is out of his league and has no idea what the Others and Dany's dragons will bring.  His end won't be the abomination the show gave him, but I don't think his will be a happy one.
