I honestly cannot tell any difference between the remastered and the original version.
It'd be funny if they didn't do jack shit to it and just called it remastered.

One answer only
Explain your rationale if you must
---
I was always intrigued by the title Zodiac. It's strange. Is it about serial killers? Is Seven inspired by the David Fincher movie? Well, there is that Seven line in Madagascar. Hmm.
The General is a close second though being the sequel to my second favorite Guns song.
P.S. How is a sequel to Estranged about child abuse?

This band is deader than a doornail but I thought it might make sense to put together a compilation section of all fake leaks.
It would further solidify this site's dominance over GN'R lore, especially as it pertains to the Chinese Democracy era.
Are u talking about an actual sub section in gnr or downloads where links can be posted? Or just a sticky topic with links? Or are u thinking a chronological timeline of what leaked and what was found to be fake?
I think a list of the song titles and date would be sufficient. The actual songs would present legal problems.
I don't remember that many but speaking of fakes, the Axl space alien cover is one of my favorites from the whole saga. I get all sentimental thinking about it.

Is the DJ stuff worth having? I'm not necessarily a fan of his, but if I want to be a GNR completist, is it necessary?
It's below the least compelling remixes which I will seldom, if ever, listen to.

That file comment.

Is this different than the one yesterday?

I was just referencing The General cellphone recording.

I find the whole thing a trip.
The three album trilogy comment, the B-side underbelly comment, and after $14 million dollars and give-or-take a decade, we get the leaks album full of piano ballads. All of which are basically the same songs we had heard for the last half decade.
After the release of CD, he has an album in the can, probably more, but decides to paint over Oh My God two-or-three more times. That's the closeted lead single. In 2011. Twelve years after it was first released.
That sort of thing makes you doubt that anything in the vault is worth a fuck.
But then this leaks and it sounds quite promising. The song structure, sound, and vocal performance could be solid. There's the other stuff, too. That badass ballad Seven. The notorious Soul Monster. Did Axl have a psychic barrier to the material for Bucket that he did for Slash? The world may never know.
In a word: mental.
