Damn, I wish Shooter'd say yes already.

I couldn't find it outside of Rob's post either, I just like this title better.
So, Rob said it. It's up to him to correct it.

Based on his looks alone, this should have been the kid from the get-go.
Apparently Zombie's retitled his film?

It wasn't to slight you, but I was in the process of closing that thread when you posted and quite frankly everything you said had been answered in my closing post. I actually tried to move your post to this thread with (obviously) little success. Feel free to post it again in here.

'slinger, there's been a grey area since I started implimenting the midnight poll closing. The abbreviated eliminations were a means to stir up fan commotion and deliver us a winner on an actual Friday the 13th. But, as with the first abbreviated round, my inability to properly open and close these polls in a timely enough manner has resulted in "late" votes like yours. As I'm giving Axlin08 a free pass to switch his vote, I will do the same for you and count your intended vote in our total.
The winner(s) will be announced in a results thread shortly.

The White Stripes' Jack White has teamed up with Alison Mosshart of the lo-fi duo The Kills, The Raconteurs' Jack Lawrence, and Dean Fertita of Queens of the Stone Age to form The Dead Weather.
The Dead Weather made their live debut at White's record label offices in Nashville earlier this week to a modest sized crowd of 150.
Check out the lead single, "Hang You from the Heavens," below.

Unfortunately, Hagar is the weakest link there. I'm still curious to hear it.

To my shock, The Final Chapter (which I had long predicted would win) is now gone. It all comes down to a brawl between the badass Parts II and III. What we've come to learn along the way is that we as fans like our Jason human and as hillbilly as all hell. Will sack head defeat hockey mask? It's no secret that Part III is my personal favorite of the series. Tonight, on this Friday the 13th, we will know once and for all what the fanbase thinks, too. It's been a fun month. I look forward to more franchise eliminations coming much sooner than you think. Thanks to everyone who's participated.
Eliminated:
Round I - Jason X (7/12 votes)
Round II - Freddy vs. Jason (5/11 votes)
Round III - Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (6/11 votes)
Round IV - Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (7/12 votes)
Round V - Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (3/7 votes)
Jason Lives: Round VI - Friday the 13th '80 & Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (3/7 votes each)
Round VII - Friday the 13th '09 (6/8 votes)
Round VIII (abbreviated) - Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI (4/7 votes)
Round IX (abbreviated) - Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (4/6 votes)
Vote off your LEAST favorite. Polls close TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT (EASTERN).

3) Ironically this is a homophobic statement coming out of your own mouth. Only a homophobe would feel the need to mention Freddie was 'bi', like it's 'gay lite' or some shit. If i'm a homophobe, then so must you be.
You've trivialized and made incorrect assumptions about the sexual orientation of an artist you claim to admire and respect. I was clarifying. I don't view bisexuality as "gay lite" and never claimed to. That's the first I've heard of it and it's coming from your mouth, not mine. In fact, my clarifying Freddie Mercury's actual sexual orientation shows that I have a greater respect for different orientations and don't generalize gay to mean anything and everything not straight, which apparently you do.
EDIT: Truth be told, I do agree with James' post above me here. All I originally intended was a reminder to watch out and curb the (perceived) homophobic slurs. I then realized it was a page farther back than I thought and deleted my comment, but felt it necessary to clarify to russ what I had been referring to. Now's it's become all this. Let's just drop it at this point and try to keep in mind that our use of language, however innocent, can have the potential to alienate and hurt the other users here. It's not censorship. It's being considerate. Let's all try to be as considerate as possible. Axlin08, I have no problem with you outside of this thread and this is an unfortunate disagreement between us.
#220 Re: The Sunset Strip » Poison's Bret Michaels Pens Tell-All Book » 850 weeks ago
I'm going to see Bret solo in April and with Poison in July. Even though Rock of Love Bus is its weakest (and hopefully final) season, it still makes my Sunday night. I was always a Poison fan. This'll be a good read.
