I don't think "block" is the correct word, but I think Axl could stop an article from being published. The problem is, he'd have to give them something in return. These guys want to sell magazines, so I'm sure any of them would drop an article for say an interview with the man himself. Unfortunately, it seems Axl doesn't want to talk quite yet.

In my own defense, Eon's teased that title before without biting. For the producers who felt compelled to change "Licence Revoked" to "Licence to Kill" because they feared Americans wouldn't understand what "Revoked" meant, I'd be surprised if the mouthful that is "Quantum of Solace" actually sticks this time. If it does ... whatever. Their days of coming up with strong titles ended when the Fleming well started to run dry. Hell, I still remember when "Die Another Day" was "Beyond the Ice."
Nice piece of trivia there. It was originally License Revoked? I think they should've been less concerned with whether Americans would understand it, and more concerned with the fact that it sounds kind of lame as a title. But, "Beyond the Ice"?! Ouch! Sounds like a behind the scenes documentary about the Ice Capades.

Yeah. The trailer was pretty intense! That part where he makes hamburger outta that guy with the machine gun...whoa.
I've been looking forward to this to, so please give us a review once you've seen it. (I was gonna say "spolier-free" review, but I guess there's not much to spoil. Rambo gets pissed and takes out massive army single-handedly by various means. Not exactly expecting any surprises 
)

Thanks for the compliments and feedback. This kind of thing is always welcome, so don't worry that your making a negative first impression.
Personally, I've always liked the corner peely thing because I think it looks cool and adds a little visual touch to this site that distinguishes it from others. But while I disagree with you on that one, I think some of your other ideas are definitely worth some thought.
Depending on what kind of banner you need I might be able to whip something up. But I definitely can't make any promises right now because life/work has been crazy busy lately and I haven't even had as much time to spend on this place as I'd like. But, feel free to PM me whenever.

This doesn't excite me at all, actually. I still think if the album were handed in, we'd have a leak by now. I mean, seriously, how would you like to be the person who unofficially released CD to the world? Even if no one knew you did it, it'd be hard to resist.
I don't know about that. I've worked in tv and the video game industry for the past few years. Especially now in the game industry, there's lots of stuff that could be leaked, but I find most people seem to have if not a sense of ethics about it, at least a sense of loyalty to the company.
Especially now with the state that the record industry is in. Yeah you might be able to get some "fame" by bragging on internet forums that you leaked the album, but most of us wouldn't believe you anyway. And on the other hand, you'd hurting your company by weaking one of their potential money makers.
Personally, if I was working at a record company, I'd be pretty concerned about the fture of my job already. While it might be tempting to be the hero of GNR fans, I wouldn't want to do anything that would jeopardize my own job or hurt my already struggling industry.

russtcb, I was hoping you'd commented on this, but I see you haven't yet:
All this reunion talk reminds me of Pink Floyd. Waters would love to reunite, but Gilmour just won't let it happen.
I would definitely love to see these guys together live, but I don't keep up on the gossip at all. What's your take on it?
