Yeah, they are REALLY cracking down on this, and I would advise anyone here to not upload any of this footage if you have it. Might get a lawsuit or something. They are not fucking around. If you know someone you want to give clips to, send it through IM sharing or mail a disc out.
They are gonna release this show on DVD next year and they know its gonna be huge and they don't want downloading fucking with the sales.
I think its awesome to see Warner protecting their interests successfully. We live in a day and age where our hard earned work is taken and distrubuted for free, seeing stuff like this puts a smile on my face.

If they tour without an album it'll have to be in South America, it's the only large market left to them that they haven't visited.
They could do a tour here in the states and canada again.. they missed so many places.. GnR hasn't played in Texas since 1993.. and cities like NYC, LA, Vegas will sell out every time, multiple shows. They could even play the summer festivals in Europe again. (Rock in Rio, Rock Am Ring, Download, etc).

Axl was as heavily involved in writing it as Slash, Duff, Izzy and Steven. No more, no less.
right.. thats why Axl ended up with 42% of the writing credits on AFD (the biggest piece of the pie)
also, that book is full of inaccurate info.. you slash apologists can keep bringing up that book all you want, but it does not make your arguments any more credible.

wasn't Axl heavily involved in writing it? The rest of the guys either bailed or were too big of junkies, so they were replaced. nothing we can do about that. I'll take AFD with Axl and some new guys in GnR over nothing... thats for damn sure.

I love everything about Xmas
I was planning to make a Xmas themed skin for the site and include some cheesy "falling snow" effect on the homepage. Time has got the better of me though I'm afraid, I'll have to save that little treat for next Christmas much to the delight of DTJ and james I'm sure
i did that last year on the (now on hiatus) Robin Finck board. Everyone loved that skin.
one thing I like about Christmas, you get in contact with people you lose touch with. I just got a christmas card from one of my college buddies I haven't heard from in 2 years, it totally made my day!
