I was always hoping the re-recording would surface somehow. It would never replace the original, but it would be cool to hear the new spin.
The reason I love Pearl Jam concerts so much is how they reinvent their songs live.

I thought it was prostitute. I didn't hear it at first, I didn't know what was said there. Then when someone else mentioned where in the track that it was sung, it stuck out like a sore thumb.

At the Toledo show in 91, Izzy sang Dust N' Bones too.
faldor made a comment about songs being played off UYI before it was released too and that reminded me that all of these songs were played off UYI before it was released as far as I can recall:

I already told myself I was done listening to what I have until the album release. If anything leaks, it would be very tempting, but I think I can hold off now.

That's right. The material is very good and they should have faith in it. Many people may not want the entire album because of the amount time it's been or from the many, many rumours over the last decade plus. Get these two songs out there and the casual fan can get interested again.
