I wouldn't mind if they weren't in the final product, and I can barely imagine any label going out and getting these rights for a non-single on an already way overdue, over budget album.

^ Buzz, where's your proof that people weren't disinterested in new material live in 90 and 91? And you make a point about GN'R standing for something (being against bands with roatating musicians out to make a buck). I've never heard anything like that. Ever. In fact, the only thng GN'R seemed to stand against was little dogs. Wasn't GN'R doing it to make a buck and survive another day? Or did they think Paradise City was an important song that the world needed to hear?

When you are actually at the concert, not watching or listening to a live feed or bootleg, it all goes away. I was blown away by the band and all my worries about CD evaporated as soon as WTTJ started up. I was practically an Axlite for the few weeks after the show I was at. The new band plays great, and from comparing boots I would say that live they are better than the original band. The old band was pretty sloppy from what I've seen.

Those who wish to live in ignorance will continue to do so happily while those who look for tragedy and disaster will find it.
