The exact thing that Obama was calling Bush a "war criminal" for and actually playing up the bullshit of "putting Bush on trial" and all that crap...
Obama never said he would do that as president, in fact he did the opposite...nothing.

If they were though the analogy wouldn't be as far off as you might think.
Then went on to compare him to Bush. Which has nothing to do with comparing him to Hitler, only to W.
