Women would never stop slapping us...

I was almost in the middle, leaning towards the right. There was this really cool older couple (which was a relief to my friend and I, since we both joked that we would have been the oldest) that were in the 60's sitting at a table in front of us. Originally were on the floor but decided to go up before he started. I did dip down to the floor a couple of times, and the view was great there too. Great little venue really.

Speaking of age, I'd say the crowd was pretty eclectic. I saw a little kid all the way up to senior citizens. 9

George Michael did it best, maybe even better than Freddie.

What a dick move, just lame. He should never leave a group of people (who paid, which is lame in it's own right) standing around ever.

Yeah guys I was there last night. Don't know where Cramer was at, but I was up in the balcony on far corner.

I was up on the balcony near the rail. Was that you smoking that skunk bud?

And cheap too. His opening act (Lynx) was a one-woman show, and incredibly impressive.

Yea she was killer.

Never understood the pits, even as a yute. Not interested in working through some guy's homosexual panic via moshing, I'd rather just enjoy the show.

OK, I saw him last night and was really fucking impressed. Do not miss this show. I took my friend who had never heard of him before and he was blown away. Just loved him.

Did you guys get up to O town?

Anyone want some of this action?

I would almost guarantee the late starts won't happen on this US tour. Maybe 30 mins-60mins... but gone will be the 2 hour late thing.

I think certain conditions had to be met before a US tour was taken on by the promoters, one of the conditions had to have been the late starts.

So who wants this action?

I'll say no more than 2 late starts

Over or Under?

I am going UNDER

Late is over an hour.

I'm saying over. People don't change, and Axl is no exception. He's always late and he's a dick about it.

Haha, exactly.

In 2006, all I heard was bitch, bitch, bitch about Axl being fuckin' late, and BOOM Jungle starts, tops are off, chicks are throwing their panties on stage...

It's kind of like those stories Izzy & Slash told about fanboy's girlfriends who were all stuck up and only ever been with one guy, and as soon as GN'R walked into the room they were on the floor getting gangbanged.

Something about stardom makes people hate your guts, then as soon as you're in the room, they're sucking your cock.

Ummm.. no 2006 was notorious for people being rather pissed at his late starts because his performances weren't justifying the wait. believe me when Jungle hit in Calgary and Edmonton in 2006 nobody was throwing their panties, people mostly had their arms crossed with a  look that said "you made me wait now impress me motherfucker and unfortunately at both of those shows he did NOT impress. In fact the Calgary show was half empty by the time they played PC.

FACT is the insane late starts ruin the vibe of the shows. People are tired at 1:00am and just want to go home. crowds would be so much more into it if he'd start at 9:00 like most other bands do. Also nobody is ever cheering for an encore at Gn'R these days. Why? Cause it's too fucking late and they're ready to go home. FACT.

Plus it pissed me off all three times I've seen them in 2006 and 2010 that I couldn't go grab a  drink with my buddies at the pub afterwards cause everything was fucking close. That's bullshit!

With the exception of LV and NYC when the lights came up the venues were nearly empty due to late starts.

I'm going to the St. Pete show with my buddy. I turned him on to BH and he's ready for a freakshow! Me too. I've only seen BH a few times with Guns, but never solely doing his own thing. I figure I should like about 80% of it.
