DH Smith has been in like 2 matches right? And Masters is worthless too.

#2572 Re: Management » GNR Evolution » 920 weeks ago

I like it more than 'The forum formally known as ROV.'

Good choice guys, I suck at naming things, Evolution is better than I could have hoped for.

Cool James- just try to make them in a somewhat timely manner. You guys have yet to dissapoint, but I think we have low patience after the continual re-assurance that features were coming at old ROV and then they never did.

Well, I'm not the first to say it. This vid was brought up on HTGTH a year ago, and it was eventually decided that it's not a handjob (hahaha...handjob...). If you watch his mouth closely you can see it's not a natural mouth closed look and it doesn't stay the same.

He does it with his mouth. The hand part is just for show.

If it's true, the record company must have a pretty optimistic view of the industry. The way I see it, record sales are going to keep falling and falling until these companies are bankrupt. If I were Universal, I'd try to rush this thing out as quickly as I could.

The idea of promoting a record for 7-8 weeks is crazy anyways. It'll leak halfway through that time period, so why not try a creative, fast-paced short term promotion plan?

There is barely any Axl, but it's still a good song. Stuck Inside is my favorite, but maybe when I'm a little healthier I'll like this one more.

Although I'm in agreement that the album should be released, we have to remember that addition has worked in the past. They had an album with Finck-Stinson-Huge-Freese-Dizzy and maybe Brian May. It was put off so that new members BH and Brain could be added to it. I don't think anyone would tell you that was the wrong decision.

I think you are more concerned with the subtraction than the addition here. You're afraid that adding Ron and Frank means taking out BH and Brain. That's a fair point, but you should state it in that way, and not just say you're against "addition".

#2580 Re: The Sunset Strip » Saul Williams » 921 weeks ago

Skin of a Drum is clearly Fragile-influenced. I haven't finished the album yet, and I'll need a few more listens to figure out the other NIN stuff too.

Cover of 'Sunday, Bloody Sunday' is damn good too.

This will probably be my favorite Saul album.
