It's only going to get better from here on out. I can feel it in my bones!

Do we know what he did?

Apparently he took a bit of a tumble during Mr. Brownstone when they played The Troubadour.

^^ yeah, I thought the same thing! I read he will have a special set up, whatever that means.

Could actually work in his favour – when he's not running around he has that much more power in his voice (see Dublin '10).

I was just going to mention that show. Probably one of the best (and most consistent) vocal performances he's ever produced.

Hopefully the surrounding circumstances will be very different when it comes down to it, though.

Have a great time everyone who's going. Crossing my fingers for a good show.

Oh, and try not to incite any riots!

Nothing like that - I simply forgot the password and have changed my email since.

Thanks for asking, though.

Good to be back. Exciting times ahead.

Even tax agency officials are being implicated. Absolutely incredible.

#258 Re: Guns N' Roses » New Guns N Roses member Melissa Reese » 481 weeks ago

Responses from a large part of the GN'R fanbase (mainly at other forums, mind) over her addition to the band has been absolutely pathetic.

The "criticism" that people have put forth has no bearing on her worth as a musician but is instead solely based on the fact that she's a woman and the way she looks. It is misogynistic tripe.

I am well aware that this has been brought up a thousand times already but it really grinds my gears.

Even though I understand that a lot of you feel that she's simply obsolete and do not fall into the above category - I still cannot help to feel that perhaps your focus should instead lay on the fact that Axl Rose, Slash & Duff McKagan have reunited and just how unbelievable that is.

I never, ever thought I would live to see that. Ever.

My point being... Pick your battles and treasure what is truly important. This is not it.

Just my opinion, of course.

CSS, if you're just reading the forum...log back in. I can assure you that you are missed.

Thanks for the recognition and kind words. It means a lot, it truly does.

I'd also like to take some time to thank those who did not mention me in this thread as someone whom they have missed... No worries, though - because I have missed you! Especially buzzsaw.

Just kidding, of course. A little bit.

As for the conspiracy theory:

Is it the one about how Claudio Ranieri have absorbed José Mourinho's soul in order to propel Leicester to the Premiership title via 1-0 wins?

If so, I say good choice!
