^Weekend times are fewer, more heavily booked, and more expensive to rent.
If you only did weekend shows, you'd be touring 2 or 3 times as long to do the same amount of shows.

Hmm.
Curfew? Overtime?
Can't get load out done in time for the ice to go in or something?
Wonder if there's a common denominator.
That's too bad.
And they just added some dates, too, so... that's a good sign, but two cancellations aren't good, and probably not good for the bottom line.

Right on. It was so cool when he was telling us about it too. He was kinda disappointed in the dude for opening the email that way, but happy to prove the dude wrong.

^No other GNR shows have had midcourt setups. There was a false rumor about that in Chicago, and I assure you, it was end stage, and the beotch was a capacity crowd.

Looked up some specs of a Zoom recorder, looks like it can do some nifty stuff. You got upper bowl seats or something? What's your strategry?

Cool... I only had a crap recording of 2006!
Odd, taking the FLACs and putting them into WAVs again.
Guess I'll turn them back into FLACs?
Wow.
2011 show was so much...more!
(Only miss IRS!)

Sarah decided to have a family. Who'd have thought? Is her creepy "twin" show still on the air?
Yeah. That poster... 1999, 2000, 2001... it was sort of all about the anticipation, wasn't it? Some crazy new music we never heard, and the promise (not a literal promise, but more like the prospect) of seeing 10 years of touring, music, and all of the stuff bands do. I got tickled to death at the 1 album + bonus tracks, tour, album 2, tour, and finish album 3 "plan". Or the famous "Round one!" pronouncement.
All I wanted was for someone to save me from 3 Doors Down. I don't know about you guys, but wasn't the fun of being a 'tweener' (as in, between old and when 'new' would actually happen) GNR fan thinking that you were "in on" the best rock band there ever was that everyone will love but no one knows about yet...and you knew all along?
So whatever that future was, it's gone.
I think he tried.
So here's to second chances.
(It's amazing how graphic design trends have changed...look at the old "new" merchandise, the tour posters, the logos...)

I always imagined Ozzy singing Sorry... I'll have to think about good ol' Roger next time I put it on!
