They're both great, no doubt, but Slash just brings something special to the table. Just his tone and the way he plays is something on it's own that can't be replicated. VH is more of a show off imo.

Wow, I'm fuckin jealous. We don't get many of those kickass festivals here in the states. I really wanted to go to Orion Music + More last year, but I'm a broke ass.

The badass is still there in some ways.
Like consider exactly how much pressure to reunite exists.
It's like 95% of fans, all of the media, some of the ex members, all of the industry....hell probably almost anyone he meets.
Yet the dude just will not budge on it. For Decades.
Love that choice or hate it....must take some balls.
If Axl was broke and on the streets, then I'd give him some credit. I don't think it takes any balls to turn down a reunion when you're already sitting pretty.

Has anybody checked this out?
I don't know what to think about it. It definitely makes it easier to access the technology that's already in our every day lives. I know right now they're offering "explorer kits" for fuckin 1500 dollars. If they made the price more consumer friendly, it's definitely something I'd want to toy around with. Also, POV porn will never be the same.

Yeah, Smith definitely didn't deserve to be benched, but you can't deny that Kaepernick's an awesome player.
Hopefully Smith can go somewhere with the Chiefs and stick it to Harbaugh.

I saw Life of Pi a week ago at the discount theater.
It's a really imaginative film with a pretty cool message. The main character, Pi, is very interesting and the journey that he goes on is inspiring. The visuals in this movie are fuckin stellar. It's pretty as fuck to look at, and I was actually kinda disappointed that they weren't offering it in 3D. The ending is a little ambiguous, but in a good way. Definitely reccomend it.

Yeah, I always laugh when Dizzy says shit like that. They literally play the same setlist sometimes, it's maddening. That being said, I enjoyed the hell out of the show I went to, even if I knew the shit they were gonna play.
As for new GN'R material, well I ain't holdin my breath.
