And its so bad no-one even noticed.
Riiight..the jam was there and someone noticed it as If The World. Well it should have been noticed by more..at one show Axl said "are we gonna do that now?". It should have triggered at least one smartass of us to react and say "this might be a song". Embaressing. Remember that bass line Tommy used to do in 2002? Wonder if that is a song too.
However, I have thought of it several times...especially the Axl piano intros.

The song was on Youtube since 4 months ago???
I did a post a HTGTH adding the words "if the world" and "untitled" in my post (which made sense btw) and they deleted it.

This is heartbroken Axl and not pissed off Axl. I like both and I prefer them at different times but now it's time for pissed off Axl to show his face soon.

You are obviously not one of the dumbass people, as your posts makes perfect sense and is well written. I don't agree with any of it since it's based on demo recordings and "ideas" Axl had, but I might agree with you once the album is out. Right now, I don't. Im writing a book atm and it looks just like these demos...a mess. But I know it won't do it in the end.

I think you're pretty much dead on. This is obviously something BH and Brain brought in and Axl/Finck/Stinson made into a GNR song. For me it doesn't click...it's a bloody mess of a song.

This song could have been on Colma or Population Override.
I was thinking the same thing. It's like Axl heard Colma and wanted a Colma song for GNR.

You know, I could take the Jarmo approach and blast you all to hell for downloading the leaks, listening to them and acting like an arrogant prick who knows best. I know it must be horrible if your material is being leaked without your approval, if that is, it really IS leaked without approval.
But you know what? Fuck it. We have been waiting for so long. We have stuck thru this saga of never ending recordings and bullshit that we fucking deserve some music to keep us waiting for the next decade or so. If there are any fans of any band in the world that deserves a pay, legal or not, it's us. Sit back, listen to what you got, rejoice and buy the album when it comes out any day now between tomorrow and 2015.

Axl probably said those were his fave songs because they were gonna play them.
Anyway, as I mentioned in the post in the Untitled song, either you will "get it" or you "don't".
These may be A-list material but they're not finished, especially Untitled sounds like a demo. And maybe a rather old demo too. I can't hear Buckethead on there. So before or after BH maybe.
These are musical pieces above what VR does or Motley Crue or any other rock band you might wanna compare GNR to. Axl is above all that and this is what we get. If you're a die hard rocker you won't be able to dig this because it doesn't sound like Appetite or Illusion. Which is the problem with the material too. Axl is making masterpieces for the wrong crowd of a fanbase. If he's gonna bring those people on for the ride, he have to take it VERY slowly because without warning, going from Jungle to If The World will be a culture crash.
I "get it" because I have been prepared for 8 years. I see most people here "get it" as well, if others do Im not so sure. Sorry to say.
