From everyone in Guns N' Roses, to all our fans around the world – Happy Holidays!

As for everything else? …yes, Jarmo is right.

God these people are comical. They make an announcement saying there is going to be an announcement, but then can't even come thru with it. Only in GNR land.

Agreed.

Sadly it's a fairly good summation of the situation.

Ron just tweeted the following, perhaps a response to DJ's tweet warning about biting the hand that feeds you:

"Anyone who uses your conflicts as their pedestal is just revealing their own opportunistic character... ever have to work w some1 like that?"

#294 Re: Guns N' Roses » Leaked GN'R Songs Thread » 602 weeks ago

Sadly I have to say I don't know why there is such a big fuss about all these things being made, not so much here but at other boards. I mean clips of remixes of a decade old songs, clips of other song titles that have also been around for years and no doubt probably been worked and reworked, cut and pasted and protooled thousands of times.  A new version of OMG. Where is the current & fresh creativity?

Probably why we see stuff like Blowout NYC etc, those poor bastards do things like that for an outlet because it's not being afforded to them by their main employer.

Apparently some clips of remixes have leaked.

^ Damn he was really in form in 06 and 07.

I think you have pretty much summed up the motivation. On the surface it seems like MSL has used this to try call Slash and Duff liars in regards to their version of events, thereby vindicating Axl.

However, I would suggest he is more interested in simply using this as another source of self promotion.

I guess I'm just confused.  People wonder why this forum is stagnant & membership is down & what can be done about it.  Yet subjects being discussed are band lawsuits over contracts from 20 years ago...

Sadly it's not this forum that's the reason that there are topics like this, go and have a look at mygnr the same thread has had over 50,000 views.

The threads speak volumes about the state of GNR and the lack of anything new of substance to discuss.

There were computers, I think back in 1992 I remember using an Amiga 500 computer at home for my assignments in first year Uni. God the graphics on that thing for games I thought was awesome at the time. At Uni we had some really early version Mac's plus some dodgy IBM's.

Those doc's however look like somebody knocked them up on typewriter or a Commodore 64 14
