I think it'd be a kickass time just like it was at the Hammerstien pre party(Mustang Harry's). Most people are smart enough to realize that even though you may hate a forum personality when you're sitting down having a beer together it's totally different. It would be fun and it would be harmonious the shared passion for Gn'R would break down all barriers at least for that one night.
I wore a U2 shirt to Mustang Harry's and ALOT of people immediately identified me as "Bono" even before I introduced myself. Nobody I met had issues with saying who their screen name was. It was sweet.

It amazes me that over the years Slash has probably had SO MUCH FUN doing things like this while Axl sat in his basement. Such a waste.
Thanks for the tip Bigbri. Not sure if that was it but youtube clips are working now.

Gotta vote for TWAT. Same reasons as before. No solid melody, no direction, crap vocals, a nice solo at the end but that isn't enough. The song goes nowhere and does nothing for me.
Madagascar is gonna get eliminated so I'll say it now I think it's the 2nd best CD era song. the quotes ruin it and the vocals on the "demo leak" pretty much suck but I still like it. It may be a forced epic like CC mentioned but not nearly as forced as TWAT. Plus the melody in Madagascar is epic. Nothing forced about that. I always liked Madagascar.

Bruce isn't interested in bombshells. They are nothing to him but part of his mask in public. Rachel is a smart woman that he's known his entire life. That's why he's interested in her.
Hahaha. No I get that. I'm just saying he was interested in "Katie Holmes" not "Maggie Gyllenhall" in BB. Just for me I see no apparent reason why she was replaced. Others see it, I just don't. But whats' wrong with likeing a smart, intelligent woman who you've known your whole life who happens to be a bombshell?
So fill me in though. Did they just recast her roll or did Katie Holmes not wanna do it?
#3466 Re: Guns N' Roses » Rare GN'R demos on iTunes.. » 885 weeks ago
What are the major differences in these versions? You know how I hate rehash, so haven't even bothered downloading them.
Same here. heard them a million times and they were demos then so whats' the difference now.

Its fucking bullshit that not one single video on youtube works on my computer anymore. All I ever get is "We're sorry this video is no longer available" how the fuck could that be a computer specific problem? I'm not joking. NOT ONE SINGLE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE WORKS FOR ME EVER!! If they didn't load that'd be one thing but I get the same message every time. :flame::headbang::flame:

meh. I have a friend who is a lawyer(pretty damn good really) and she's mid 20's. Katie Holmes looked fine as far as age goes for me. the way she talks is just her. Its' not unprofessional or professional or anything. It's a certain quirk. I think the real issue with Katie Homes is she's still and possibly will always be looked at as Joey Potter from Dawson's Creek. It's like having Mathew Perry in a movie. He's always playing Chandler. It's an association people make and it's hard to get rid of for some actors. I also think she gains alot of hate because of the whoel Tom Cruise media blitz thing. She was America's little sweetheart before that. Ina weird twist her relationship wiht him has destroyed her career.
I just find it hard to believe anyone thought her performance was so bad that TDK is better off with her being left out of TDK. Was she not asked? Did she decline? I dont' know. I do know I hate when movie series use different actors to portray the same character. Like Star Wars using that little kid for Phantom than using Hayden Christensen for Clones and Sith. Shit like that bugs me. Shoud've just used Hayden from the start and I just think they shoud've stayed with Katie Holmes. Maggie's performance won't add to the movie in my opinion cause it's a bit part. "the love interest" Anyone can do it.
Bruce Wayne is Bruce Wayne and Batman for god's sake. He could have anyone so for me it's less believable he's interested in homely Maggie Gyllenhall. Katie Holmes was at least somewhat believable in that sense
Shallow I know:haha:

misterID wrote:And I think Axl's intro for The Killers was better than the whole VMA 02 thing.
Seriously? That was the most awkward public moment for Axl I have ever seen. After he screamed, you could hear a pin drop in that building. I bet he felt very uncomfortable after that reaction.
Agreed. I thought that was stupid. Him screaming the way he did was ridiculous and it sounded awful in my opinion . The epitomy of awkward in my opinion.
#3470 Re: Guns N' Roses » The Azoff factor re-examined: could he be targeting Bucket, not Slash? » 885 weeks ago
Axl just has to release the album and agree to be on time and not miss any shows
Im sure if he made that deal, BH would come back
I think Duff, Slash and maybe even Izzy would still be in the band if this was the case I agree though Buckethead seemd to eb the one guy who had that lightbulb go off saying "what the fuck am I doing wasting my time here with this guy" he's obviously the one guy who thrived on being productive. The others guys aside from maybe Finck were collecting a paycheck and life was probably gravy for them with or without an album.
