Explosives have been sent to the following:
Barack Obama
Bill/Hillary Clinton
Debbie Wasserman Schultz
Eric Holder
George Soros
John Brennan (CNN)
Maxine Waters
Terrifying.
Of course it's sheer coincidence that these are all the same people Trump constantly refers to as enemies of our country, either directly or indirectly. But yea sure, "both sides."
What a day for the Trump fanatics...congrats. I hope the FBI catches this terrorist or terrorists and put them in jail for life.
Also the DOW gave up all its gains for the year.

I can't believe anyone who voted for a Clinton would want people digging up the past on anyone...I mean there's no way they killed everybody.
We're in a never ending circle of idiocy where both sides are blaming the other for starting it and using that childish approach to justify doing the exact same thing. Frankly I don't give a fuck who started it, but it has to end. Anyone defending either side's actions at this point is part of the problem. That's not straddling the fence mitch (as I know you love to make that accusation because deep down you know it's right); it's kicking the fucking fence down. Anyone supporting either party's actions are now part of the problem.
False equivalency is the problem, something you espouse all the time. And yes you pretend to straddle the fence for sure, but really we know you're just another right wing parrot, even if you don't.

What will the conspiracy crowd say when Manafort pleads to shit unrelated to the election and Trump and doesn’t “cooperate”?
Are we going to end the farce or try to find something, anything, like Trump paying a porn Star not to go on TV or sell a book, which they did anyway, to make it seem like justice is being served.
Manafort is guilty as fuck. But none of it has anything to do with the election or anything the SC was tasked to investigate.
I guess we just need more time. Maybe assign a second SC to investigate all the women Trump slept with without a condom while married.
You must like to take long shots when you bet.
Here's what you DON'T know: Anything Mueller has on Trump.
But here's what we DO know (short list):
Numerous Trump associates who have pled guilty and will be working with Mueller on this investigation.
Trump's absolute refusal to take a stand against Russia after they meddled in our election.
Trump immediately working to create a back channel with Russia (without our intelligence communities knowing) once he became president.
Trump's son, with his Don senior's knowledge, meeting in Trump tower with Russians to get dirt on Hillary.
Trump's refusal to release his tax returns.
Trump sharing classified info with the Russians in the fucking oval office
Trump wanted to return the two "compounds" to the Russians once he took office, the ones that were taken away by Obama admin before leaving.
Trump's association to Russia via business ties, admin officials, Flynn, Manafort etc
But more than anything, Trump's actions to end this investigation speak volumes. Our election was tampered with by a hostile foreign power. If Trump is innocent, then why not allow Mueller to do his job and do his best to make sure all bases are covered and protect our democracy? After all, this isn't solely about Trump, it's about the election tampering. Trump doesn't want this and attacks the law 24/7.
Most reasonable people would say there is more than enough evidence to suspect some wrong doing. But I don't think anybody has ever accused you of being reasonable, now have they?

This is the FOX News stick and pivot move.
It doesn’t matter what i think...that stance is just not convincing anyone RF.
There is more than ample evidence tying Trump and his associates to Russia. There's also been transparent conspiracy with Russia by the Trump team. Reported by all major news outlets (except Fox.) It's all been stated in this thread. I'm also quite sure that there will be more that comes from this investigation when it's over.
That's their move though, demanding answers and claiming zero evidence from an investigation that has been notoriously tight lipped. Mueller isn't speaking, so the right wing machine uses that as proof of innocence. In the meantime we have one indictment after another, numerous Trump associates now working with the investigation.
Just like the rest of the GOP who handcuffed themselves to Trump. They're in it too far now to admit they were wrong; that or they don't know any better, they're just stupid. I see examples of both on this thread. No matter what this yields they'll continue to lie, pivot and stick to their conspiracy theories.

Tucker Carlson is the guy who got picked last for every team I'd imagine.
Say what you want about Avenatti, but Trump doesn't tweet about him at all. That says everything you need to know about that. He also was instrumental in getting Cohen taken down quicker IMO.
And Manafort finally flipped today, agreeing to work with the Federal government. More bad news for Trump....just like I say every couple of weeks, it's only going to get worse.

Yup...still not sure what this all means. We’re in no man’s land now.
It means Trump is in a world of shit, that's what it means to me. His personal lawyer stood up in court today and implicated him in a felony. Saying he was "at the direction" of President Trump to violate campaign finance law.
Trump's former campaign chairman was found guilty of over a half a dozen charges and still has more to face going forward. Which says to me that he will probably, if he's smart, take this opportunity to work with the government and tell them everything he knows about Trump and the Russians.
It's only going to get worse.

Most of the country knows it is just to get to trump. There is so little evidence they are back to trying to bust Manafort on shit that is over 10 years old. As for Cohen, big fucking deal. Obama had 2 million dollars in campaign violations and only paid a fee. This is a witch hunt.
SAD!

New jobs numbers out.
Slightly under expectations, but fundamental good. Unemployment down to 3.9%.
Wages up 2.7% for the year. Not amazing but higher than 2017.
Overall we are still going the right way. Hopefully we can see more wage growth.
When adjusted for inflation they actually fell.
Again, I remember when Obama was president and none of these numbers were real. Trump said they were all fake and so did anybody with an R next to their name. Today...great news!

Mueller is getting embarrassed in court in the Manafort case. Jesus.
I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous.
Manafort is about to go to jail for the rest of his life for various crimes, and Mueller is "getting embarrassed." What are you even talking about?
#350 Re: The Garden » US Politics Thread » 368 weeks ago
I'm still in awe of how many people seriously want to suck trumps dick. Collusion with Russia isn't illegal so who gives a fuck. Heard put an R next to the name and they can do no wrong.
It's all semantics from his defenders (traitors IMO). Yea sure, "collusion" isn't illegal, but conspiring most certainly is. It's blatantly obvious that's what he did, along with shitty junior.
Trump has been going nuclear the last few days because he knows they've got his sorry ass.
