"New songs" might not mean completed songs. In 1996 they would say stuff like "we have 8 songs", and we later learn Axl never sang on any of them. Wouldn't get my hopes up until it's confirmed Axl has written new lyriics.

Blabbermouth is trash….unbelievable that people still use it as a source for information
They have always been the TMZ of the hard rock world, complete tabloid trash but always the first to break a story. Their silence is bizarre.

Neither of these lawsuits made Blabbermouth. I know Fernando is a nobody as a individual but he's still GNR's manager. And obviously the Axl story got around quite a bit elsewhere. Wonder if Blabbermouth is in TB's pocket.

Dude, it’s not that big of a deal. Axl said “I’ve been hit by a truck…” the kid said “you were hit by a truck” you can take that any way you want. And it’s not an alleged quote, Axl said it
But it wasn't directed at Axl at all. Axl's quote was about how amazing he felt Stephanie was and Harry was using it the same way on her birthday.

Seymour has had a pretty messed up last decade or so. I’m sure this stuff is the last thing on her mind. The last I heard was her son made fun of Axl, Erin Everly came to Axl’s defense and dogged him. Then he died of an overdose
He wasn't making fun of Axl. He used the "hit by a truck" line Axl said about Stephanie way back as a way to compliment her on her birthday, and Erin pretended to get offended on behalf of Axl because she was desperately trying to get Axl's attention throughout much of 2016.

Yep.
The General - child abuse
Monsters - Another Steph song
Plain and simple.
The saddest part is I doubt Seymour has ever listened to any of these songs and might not even know of their existence.

I really don’t take it as jest, he was just being funny on the description. But who knows.
And I refuse to believe Oklahoma doesn’t have vocals
IDK, on the AFD podcast after Brain talked about writing The General and Seven, he said "and I think Axl sang on The General". Not only did he not mention Axl singing on Seven, he wasn't even 100% sure about The General. Granted, this was in 2019 and his email regarding Seven was in 2010, but it seems strange he would remember so much about the individual parts of these songs years after being done with them in 2010 but then completely forget everything a decade later. I definitely view it as jest. According to others this is not the only email he would answer like this, he had gotten tired of responding and wasn't giving serious answers anymore.

We don't know that Seven has vocals, Brain's email confirming it has a bridge and chorus seemed to be in jest.

Zodiac to me is definitely Bucket. I was sure Elvis was Bucket until listening to the Ghost Of Mars soundtrack, Robin's work on Power Station sounds very similar to parts of Elvis.

I haven't talked to him in about 3-4 years. I don't really have anything against the guy.
Having said that...
What killed GNR Truth was the immediate censoring of the Village leaks. That forum was still rocking and rolling at that point. It went from tons of activity to a ghost town overnight. I checked it a year or two later and there were 2-3 people hanging in.
You can't prevent a starving fan base from listening to and discussing leaks. Well you can...but you see the results.
HTGTH also nosedived in activity from a similar approach.
I kinda understand where they were coming from...it was a MASSIVE leak and as we now know, GNR wound up releasing a few of those songs.
Like I said though...it's just not feasible with this fan base. Don't forget...mygnr and HTGTH initially considered such an approach in 2006-7.
Try to stop discussion...people just go to one of the other forums.
Look how many GNR forums have existed over the decades and how few were left once we got to the reunion, Village Leaks, and today.
It had a good run.
For the record, this Finck dude is definitely NOT Mojo.
A few years back Jordan Rose at Mygnr said that 95% of the other accounts on Gnrtruth were Mojo alts, and he was just talking to himself the entire time. He also said MSL abandoned the site when he found out. Have no idea if any of that was true or not.
