axl sounds great to me on catcher, not mickey IMO. slash, i dont know. he either isn't getting enough time to rewrite these solos, doesn't care, or simply shreds more in his advanced age and experience.

Quick summary : frank is still trying to push the pace at times, but they held hIm back fairly well.

I am of the opinion that he has been instructed to do so since it has not been an issue, until now, after several tours. Did I miss something?

Bromero and I are going to this.

Why doesn't Bromero post as much anymore?

Used to love that dude.

He uses mygnr . Show was awesome by the way. Axl used almost all rasp from start to finish. He nailed every song except paradise city and better where he was out of breath during versus. It was truly amazing to see him performing like this at this age. I've seen him live 5 times, including 92, and this was by far second best and arguably as good as 92 because of singing more difficult songs these days.

For me it simply got over saturated. Had been listening to Axl/DC for weeks every day. His slip up wasn't all that bad, and then he came back strong. But at that point the same set list just didn't do it anymore.

its hard to listen to acdc for more than a week or so. these are songs that weve been hearing on the radio for decades. they are less complicated songs too.

The community seemed to lose interest once his voice started going a bit pitchy in the middle of the AC/DC run. The fact that he rallied and finished the tour as strong as he started was missed by most.

I don't think he slumped long enough for that to be possible. A rough night or two would peak interest/discussion if anything. IMO he had no more than that.

I think Axl is being gracious with the coma thing. Words can be misunderstood. His actions say he put a lot of thought and effort into performing it and getting to the point where could do so properly. He could say"The baby made me do it" and he would still be showing commitment to Slash and the band by preparing for and nailing it every night.

As far as CDII It will still come of as Axl's album if it is titled along those lines and if it is the same songs, further more. Don't see any friction from anyone within the current state of gnr regarding Slash and Duff replacing Guitars and Bass.
