3 Guitar virtuoso's doing little wing...
Thank you for this vid, I'm ripping it now to mp3. I had no idea they played this together! Steve Via does a nice little wing alone . Pearl jams version is also pretty good. I learned something today,I will look into Uli Jon Roth.
I got turned on to Via in 86 with crossroads

One thing I noticed is that Slash's playing was very cautios in the first minutes, like he wouldn't have been very familiar with Little Wing. Later he resonated quite well with the song though.
Do you guys know the Skid Row cover? I love their version, too. (I dare to say I prefer it over the original
)
I Agree 100% this Skid Row version of lil wing was awesome. The guitar bits were hot & Bach owned the lyrics!

Interesting lil wing jam. Sadly soap opras move faster than the start of this clip. Thank you for posting. Slash seems like a guy that could wonder into any bar and sit in with who ever is on stage.

Just happy that there on the road with a good lineup. A finally released CD. A wide open future if they choose. There is plenty of writing talent. plenty of buzz, and Axl sounds awesome.
Set list: Is ok for me. I did enjoy the 90-91 tour with alot of new songs with Izzy.
So for this line up to play some more CD would be good. I do not think we will hear any "NEW" songs till we get a new record due to all the leaks over the last few years.
They did hit the USA I do not think anyone expected them to play any shows here.
So no blind faith here. Just happy there active and out there and headlining again. 15-to 30 thousand people per show is awesome in my book considering.
This forum is harsh. I chose to stay on here to get news of current GnR as well as past members. And to sometimes follow a thread you guys are better than my local channels !

Again its amazing how much press a simple tweet can get. I hope like alot of you they do something with this free press. and attention. (GnR will never have anything happen that is not Spun in a negative light)
I have a new respect for Bumble now.
As far as the rest we can assume anything but do not know. Have u considered that the lawyers do not want axls twitter opened so it can be investigated? If there is any way to find who hacked the twitter Axl will own them! Pleas dont beat me over the head with it was not hacked.

I think Slash is against a reunion more than Axl cause Slash won't be an employee.
Seriously, why does Slash need that headache?

Faldor, compare Slash's current album and his personal media push, twitter updates, interviews, videos, on stage performances, playing on time, rocking the house with Axl's twitter debacles, no promo for CD, no videos, no interviews, hit or miss live, going on stage late, angry fans, and you tell me currently who has their shit more together.

GNR is/were touring. CD is out. Granted nothing it optimal in the world of gnr but yeh everyone here knows this. so your basically a fan or not. I enjoy all the lineups except whatever showed up @ mtv awards last.(that line up wasnt bad it was just a shock) With that said it will never be 1984-1994 again.
relax, take it for what it is ! If it isnot your thing, or If it personally pisses you off, or disapoints you guess what ?
