#441 Re: Guns N' Roses » Interesting read on Axl, touring, albums in Slash's biography » 920 weeks ago

sure, maybe Axl didn't want to go up on stage.   But I'm not comfortable trusting the words of someone who has had nothing to do with Axl for the last 11 years and has constantly changed his tune on everything.    All I'm saying is this book isn't the 'GnR bible' I see some making it out to be.   Its one guys side and that guy has a history of lying.

Why? While I have not read it yet, from the parts I have read none of it sounded far fetched.

because the guy claims he can't remember 3/4 of his time in GnR.    and he almost never keeps a consistant story.    tea.gif

backing tracks?  what a load of shit.

but i don't think anybody seriously thought this thing was going to last?  bands like this break up for a reason and these types of reunions never live up to what you expect, nor do they usually last very long.   To be honest, I'm surprised its still going.

I stay away from Fast Food too. (I don't consider Subway to be fast food, and I don't go there much, either.)

If I go to Arby's, I usually get their deli sandwiches - which is probably the healthiest thing that they have.

Not sure if anyone has a Sheetz near them, but their subs are AMAZING. Again, low in fat (I get the chicken on wheat), and they taste awesome!

you must live in Pennsylvania.  thats the only place I've ever seen those.  tea.gif

if not for Baz we wouldn't these new songs with Axl singing on them and he's really given us a lot of info lately.  I think he kicks ass for it.

For me personally, it's hard to get excited when I hear that Axl's band members are doing interviews. They never ever say anything relevant about the band or album. Just always some vague excuse for the delay or "I can't answer that" response.

Also, has Frank ever done anything outside of being GN'R 5th drummer ? As far as I know, he hasn't. He's just a no name drummer who ended up in the band because another guy walked out on the project. Am I wrong ?

if you aren't interested in the members of the band then why are you posting in this section?   17

Ugh, this is really getting out of hand. Sure, he has a point, but the fact that the fan-base acts like this says more about them than it does about us. No point being all arrogant about it, just face the fact that your band is a PR nightmare and live with it.

well to be fair, I dont think how the members of the band communicate with each other is really that big of an issue to fans.
