Hilarious if True.
Months ago I left my home forum ,and my Mod account.
If this is truth,
It t only convinces me even more that it was the right thing to do.
Which forum?

If the Jukebox people have pulled it then I wonder if they are not releasing it this Friday after all. Why else pull it?

Brian May talked about Axl being emotionally attached to Robin’s guitar work so it makes sense he left that part in. He’s definitely not doing it for any other reason than he wanted it in there
I agree. The solo and off time lyrics in Absurd are not mistake's they are choices. I get people thinking they are bad choices but a song doesn't get to the point of release without those things being caught by producers or engineers if they are mistakes. Even in a band that seems chaotic like GN'R.

Ok so I folded and gave it one listen.
I like it, still hard to judge for sure untill Iv'e hear the HQ version. Sounds like at least some new vocals & drums sound different too.

After 15 listens the other people there must have been ready to kill you lol. How did the production sound? was it an improvement over the last two?
I got there about an hour before closing. After the song played the second time in a row, people started looking around and looking annoyed. So I went outside to the patio, which was completely empty and quiet, and had a better quality speaker than the speakers inside. So I hit outside in the dark sitting under the speaker for the next 13 listens. I could see through the window that people were getting pissed, but nobody could see me.
Production sounded great. I could never listen to the demo again. The finished version is so much better and I really liked Slash's solo.
This does seem like something that could only happen with a GN'R release. Like I say i'll wait for the HQ version to listen, but if this was The General I would be looking into how to crack into the jukebox archives lol.

I am officially done with GNR Reddit. It's unreadable at this point. Another "insider" troll started a thread with fake Atlas artwork today, claiming the single was supposed to be out this week. I don't give a shit about the trolls, I give a shit about dozens of comments seriously questioning if it's legit and upvoting said comments. This is why the forums are still way better despite their decrease in users. The trolls know better than to bring that shit here or they'd get exposed in 2 seconds.
Frustrating isn't it
