Really, why do you think that? Circus Maximus is basically a kind of abstract instrumental. Those two songs are completely structured. Didn’t he also say Seven was the best of the bunch?

Listen to Brain at 1 min in

He says Seven was a jam based off of Ben Hurr. There is admittedly no Ben Hurr sample in Circus Maximus but the place Circus Maximus is where the chariot race was shot in Ben Hurr. It's a weak link I admit but i wouldn't be surprised if the locker leaks version is a jam that got turned into Seven

Who knows

Saw someone say Dummy was Cuban Skies, was this just a guess?

The funny thing about those Bucket demos was how different Shacklers ended up, which sounds like a hybrid of other demos (Prom Violence) but Sorry is pretty much the same as the demo

I believe someone from Mygnr sent Dummy to the guy at stevehoffmanforum who claimed to have been played Cuban Skies and he said they were different. If I remember right that guy claimed it had flamenco style guitar in it.

I don't think Curly Shuffle is Seven I think Circus Maximus is. We know Beltrami worked on Seven and actually wrote a guitar part for it and I dont think Curly Shuffle lends itself to an orchestration

But who knows for sure

The “Remarks” section says 10:00 - 45:00, but the box also says it is Take 1.

Does that imply a 35-second or 35-minute version?! Or does it reference a measure of tape length?

P.S. Even the person who hand-wrote the notes knew to write Guns “N’” Roses unlike whoever in Team Brazil approved that stupid “Guns And Roses” keychain …

I'm not too sure. I saw this yesterday and meant to post it but didn't get chance, it does show that the song was around in 99 where as the locker leak version is 2000. Given that one was instrumental I doubt that this one has vocals. Most interesting part that stands out to me is "Tape 900" also while names like Critter are known I ain't heard of Jer Blair before. May of 99 means that it was recorded a year and a half into to the CD sessions which started January 98. So this song is at least almost as old as Oklahoma and Ides Of March.

We seriously need someone who works for universal to hook up a private tour of that room lol

What does that mean?

It was a count down clock, i think time wise it matched up with the gig on the 11th

You actually believe it’s coming on Thursday/Friday? We move on the word of an actor?

Why would they waste time on graphics saying August 11th if it wasn't happening? The site only went down because they realized we found it before we we're supposed to. It'll be up tomorrow again sometime.

Exactly. They never posted the link anywhere it's just that the hardcore side of the fanbase knows to check song names through linkfire URL's.

I do hope we get Atlas at some point as I love that song, although I think i'm in the minority there.

What condition is this vault in? Is it being properly taken care of? You can't just throw this stuff in the closet like I do my CDs and DVDs.

Someone like Tobias involved doesn't exactly inspire confidence...no offense to him.

It's probably going to be a situation like you see with certain films/studios where they go to check out something...such as extra footage of Annie Hall or Planes, Trains, and Automobiles...and they find out its either degraded or is simply lost.

No dude I mean thats where Tobias is, he is locked in the vault so he can't tell anyone his version of events lol. they filed him somewhere between the Ledgend Of The Red Panda artwork and Arkeen's DAT tapes

It's all in the vault with Paul Tobias
The documentary stuff didn't start with Perfect crime, i'm looking into this stuff for something i'm working on but even aside from stuff Robert John filmed in the early days there was stuff shot in the UK in the 80's that was handed to the band, and they must still have.

When people have passed away i suspect it will be sold to someone who will create a Netflix series out of it.
