Conspiracy or not, those questions need to be answered.
I'll never forget how Bush basically had to hold Cheney's hand when he testified about this shit. He wouldn't show up unless Cheney could be with him.
Actually, that's moot (although I use the phrase myself) since the Governments version is a conspiracy, and due to the lack of evidence it's really not more than a theory either.

Edit: We can add this question too; Why has nobody in government been fired for the utter intelligence failure that day? Why was the CIA chief promoted for his lack of action?

Why is it so hard for people to admit that there's discrepancies in the official story? You're not degrading the memory of the victims by doing so. The victims have nothing to do with the official story.
It becomes even more ridiculous considering how many victims families have sued the government on the grounds which are labeled 'conspiracy theories'.
WTC was designed to withstand 2 Boeing impacts.

What do you say about the thousands who claim there were no bombs?
Smoke came from fire as it came down the elevator shaft. The vast majority, 99.9% of the smoke came from the point of impact as the thousands of photos portray.Provide me with a singular linear theory of events. Simply proposing a multitude of possibilites to different stages isn't enough. If you believe it was a controlled demolition, explain who did it, how they did it and why. Anyone that attempts to provide a complete, alternate version is quickly shot down as all the theories thus far are found wanting. Basically it comes down to this, if you want to believe something, you're going to find a way to justify it. Religious zealots do this too. People who deny we landed on the moon also do this.
What thousands? The red thread from people that were actually in close proximity of the buildings, is that they heard and felt multiple explosions. Same goes for the news coverage that morning. What people claim after the media machine had done it's work is a whole nother ball game.
And please, from the elevator shaft? We're talking 1200ft here, not to mention the elevators themselves. How does that explain the utter destruction of the parking lot? This isn't the Matrix.
I don't have to provide you with a complete linear of events, nor can I. That is the work for a team of qualified investigators. All I can do is point out what my logic tells me don't fit.

The technical aspects of 911 are the most debated, but they're not the most intriguing.
Why did a 400 billion defense system fail that day? How were 3 airlines able to penetrate the worlds most protected airspace on the same day?
The answer is easy; there was a terror drill that day. Sending planes as far as Alaska, it effectively occupied the majority of US air defense capacity. What was the scenario? Highjacked planes on the loose, some crashing into skyscrapers. The result was that NORAD had problems identifying the real thing from the drill. Quite the coincidence.
Who was responsible for WTC security on 911? Bush's brother.
From where did Guiliani receive the warning that WTC7, his command center, was going to collapse?
How come WTC7, which was never hit by the plane and was the building farthest from 1 and 2, collapse that day? Is it a coincidence that this building also contained offices of the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, NY Defense Command among other agencies? If those agencies were part of the operation, it was certainly a convenient obliteration of evidence.
Why did the then head of Pakistan ISI, their equal to the CIA, who had dinner with Bush officials on the morning of 911, transfer 100k to the supposed mastermind Mohammed Atta 2 months before 911? Why hasn't this been investigated by the commission?
Why isn't Bin Laden credited as the man behind 911 on FBI's Ten Most Wanted list?
Why does the 911 commission claim the different agencies couldn't talk to each other, when several witnesses say they saw Rumsfeld and the Joint Chiefs were having a video conference minutes after initial impact? Why does the commission say Cheney weren't in the command bunker at the White House until after 10 AM, when dozens of witnesses say they saw him being rushed down there right after 9 AM? Why aren't these testimonies being recognized?
Why didn't the Secret Service follow standard procedure and rush Bush out of the school building when they knew highjacked planes were on the loose?
Why did Bush refuse to meet the commission alone and under oath?
How does an amateur pilot manage to pilot a Boing from 7000ft in a 270 degree downward spiral into the Pentagon? A feat reserved for highly experienced fighter pilots in fighter jets?
Why does this pilot make that 270 degree turn into the newly reinforced section of the Pentagon, when he could have just slammed it right in front where Rumsfeld and Co were sitting?
Why did the 2 jets that were actually scrambled only fly at 1/4th of their speed? Missing the second attack on WTC and Pentagon by minutes? Why weren't the jets at Langley a couple of miles away on constant alert scrambled instead?
How come 11 countries, including the Taliban, warned the US of these attacks?
How come the government didn't accept the Talibans offer to extradite Bin Laden, if they could provide proof that he was the man behind the attack?
Where is the proof that Bin Laden was behind 911?
Is it a coincidence that Afghanistans heroin production, which is planted in November, increased ten fold in 2002?
Is it a coincidence that Bin Laden is former CIA, that Al Qaida is a CIA creation? Why did Bin Laden receive medical treatment from a CIA agent months before 911?
How did Atta's passport survive the impact?
Why were the highjackers ordering return tickets?
Why were the WTC steel shipped as scrap to China before it could be investigated?
Why isn't any of this being questioned? Not by the media, not by the commission?
Why are these legitimate questions being labeled conspiracy theories?

The backbone of the government story is that pressure from above initiated a domino effect, causing the entire structure to collapse. However, when you see the first tower starting to fall you'll notice the top of the building beginning to slide to the side on it's way off the building. This corresponds with the laws of physics that say: an object will always fall in the direction of least resistance.
So where did the additional pressure come from? Clearly it can't be from a part of the building on it's way off the building.
And what do you have to say about the dozens of people that were in the area that claim they heard bombs? The injuries and casualties as a result of it? How do you explain the damage to the lobby? To the basement? The smoke coming from ground level? Remember, this was all before the collapse.

Are you failing to see something in the photos? The first picture I provided showed the 75ft width of the hole in the Pentagon. In the 2nd Lair of the Pentagon, there is a smaller, 15ft wide hole that was caused by the landing gear as the main portion of the plane basically vaporized on impact.
The 75ft wide hole was the result of the structure collapsing. Initially there was just the 15-20ft hole. This makes it possible for the claimed plane to fit, in the width. Not the height however, which is under half of the height of the plane.
And if the plane vaporized, why is there a hole? Why were there penetration through 3 steel inforced walls? If something vaporizes it doesn't make a hole through something. Basic physics.
Funny still, that the government claimed they ID'd the passengers through fingerprinting. They even claimed they got the wreckage someplace. No pictures though.

Their first and second album are the best place to start. Their later work is amazing too, but those are modern classics.
