Yeah it sounds messy. Too much going on.

Subtle and unnecessary. There is absolutely no reason to do this when the original was perfect. I like the Robin Finck version of SCOM a lot more than this. At least that was something truly different which made it interesting.

Give me the rerecorded AFD any day. That would be cool.

Shocking…not one mention of the attack on the speaker of the house, down playing of the roe v. Wade overturn by a bunch of middle age white men who don’t have children…

I think we should just stop having elections and let the mouth breathers in this thread decide things.

I wish i could remember the exact moment that i no longer considered any of you friends. But someone has to occasionally let you know when you’re head is too far up your own ass.

Something is up with that odd attack. They knew each other some how and the guy was living in a gay Pride BLM school bus or some shit. The attack is unacceptable but there is more to this story.

Looks like a gay party gone awry.

I just listened to Hard School and the demo of it back to back, and I don't feel that way.

Talent is a rare thing in music, and these guys while good players are hired guns for a reason. The music on that song is a goddamn mess. Slash comes in, feels the essence and whips out something much better in no time at all.

Part of me want to erase most of CD and have Slash/Duff redo it. The only thing you need to keep is BH's TWAT solo.

The best thing about Biden being so brazen is you gain a profound understanding of politics. He can say that because most voters won't know or think about it. The rhetorical quality is all that matters. It's a simple and effective strategy, which also conceals the fact you already have both houses, didn't come through with your election promises and you certainly won't now either.

Haven't watched the last couple of episodes. On the plus side they cut down on the wokeness when they switched the Rhaeneyra actress. These actor changes have actually been quite good. Most of them fit their previous iteration look wise, and as characters they tend to get better. Aemond is a good example and his brother too. Even manged to find some good looking people to fill these roles.

An ever persisting problem for me is the tendency of the show to hinge story lines on unbelievable or irritating premises. The entire succession crisis and family turmoil which so upsets the King is entirely of his own doing, and it is based on his failure to do what he started the show obsessed with doing. He along with the rest of the realm wanted a male heir. When he finally gets a son, he passes him over for a daughter with no apparent wish to rule and which will guaranteed start a civil war. If Rhaeneyra had showed any real desire to rule it could be palpable, but as it stands you get a feeling the characters are forced into conflict because the plot demands it.

The murder of nobles is portrayed much too casually. It's as if killing a high born and getting away with it is as easy as punching out a homeless person. Demon kills a princess right outside her castle. The explanation we are given is that she is a strong independent woman and she don't need no man when she goes out to ride, which in this world makes no sense at all. There would be guards near and far. If she really decided to do something stupid like that, they would send out people to shadow her at a distance, if even allowing her to do it at all. It is their heads if something happens. At the very least Demon would be spotted in the general area and there would be questions what he was doing there. But we can't pass up an opportunity to project 2022 into Medieval times.

The biggest flaw in this show though is the lack of fun. You could never put a Bronn into this world. He'd be executed for interfering with their depressions.

Not something I would be very interested in, but we could sure need a more vibrant fan base that is true.

That is a good approach I think.

In so many ways life can be summed up as chasing some type of high. I've found that the only thing that really helps is replacing the bad highs with better ones. But it's easier said than done.

I always get sick after seeing the dentist. Guess my body does not like the stuff they give you.

The years I don't see a doctor I never get sick.

It's my opinion that is why they call it the "sick house".

DTJ with the Metallica intro is the best.
