It was nice to see the Cubbies get blanked by the Diamondbacks...not sure why it happened...er wait...it may have had something to do with the horrendous starting pitching (other than Zambrano...and btw...Zambrano is rested enough to play in game 4)
...and Derrick Lee and Aramis Ramirez going something like 2 for 24 in the 3 games. When your heart of the order sux that badly...u couldn't be a little league team.

Commy, I don't think there is any hope at this point.....irreconcilable differences with the record company or the material or something....Axl just can't git-r-done! Truth hurts me just as much as anybody. 2008 is no more the year than 1999....at least Axl actually released a real song then.
If he wants to make a comeback, he needs to have realistic expectations w/o the original band. That would mean he would have to be happy with 15-20,000 people...no more stadiums full of people in the US.
He becomes less and less relevant with each passing year.
