Speaking of Buckethead’s solo on TWAT level good, Josh’s drumming on TWAT is incredible.
I feel great shame I never listened to it closely in the past. In fact, Brain is drastically outclassed on nearly every track (see: The Blues).
Put on some quality headphones and listen to TWAT from Rough Mixes CD #1.
10/10.

From the sounds of it, they went with Take 10.
When they had a perfectly good Take 8.
Shame.
I'd love a disc like this for the other songs.

The "Starting from Robin's solo" note tips that this was a pre-Bucket song.
But the intro is vintage Giant Robot.
Also I'm on Take 0 and already in love.

I can't wait to hear the original Shackler's.
Sorry, Shacklers, and Real Doll are the tracks I've been drooling over since the disc pictures got out.
I just hope the mixes are as good as the others.

The Blues sounds so incredible as an instrumental.
I do miss the strings a little but having a well-mixed instrumental before it was defaced by Axl and Caram is a blessing,

It’s funny how Buckethead leaves GN’R and proceeds to release 3 masterpieces in short succession.
Can’t wait to listen to 10 takes of Quick Song tonight.

The best we can hope for is an AFD super deluxe style release of CD limited edition sold through their website. Realistically -- we'll have the leaks.
We need vocals on these leaked instrumentals.They are out there somewhere. Axl could also take some of this stuff to make a solo album or just create a new side band like Maynard did with APC

I’ve had an interesting year or two personally and I’ve had to accept a lot of harsh and dark realities I would prefer weren’t the truth but hey, that’s growing up.
And seeing Axl show up out of shape the other night was another one of those unignorable realities that the dreams we had for him and Guns N’ Roses simply will never be. I mean does he really look like he’s rearing to go with a side project at the spry age of 57 and literally everything going right for him?
