I havent watched alot of youtube clips this year...but I've noticed that Slash has played a few other guitars on this tour like a B.C. Rich Mockingbird and a Gibson Firebird

Any thoughts or opinions on this? Is this new to the gnr reunion? Or had this type of thing happened on recent solo tours with the conspirators as well?

He's been so long synonymous with the Les Paul that it looks kinda odd to see him jamming on a different style of guitar...

Glad he mentioned CD. He could have easily avoided the subject so this does mean there's a chance for forward movement on that front. If he likes performing CD songs, maybe he'd like performing(and releasing) some of his favorite unreleased songs from those sessions....specifically any not about Slash. I hope Oklahoma/Berlin is still in play. Apex would know more on this but this might be the song that actually kicked off the CD project as it dates back to 95-96 and the Erin lawsuit.

I wish he would go into more detail on the subject matter of these tracks. The Axl chats were such a wasted opportunity. I've said it a million times but it deserves repeating. He was open to any questions on the project and the trolls ruined it.

I had Rex ask a question for me as I wasn't online during the live chat and even I wasted my question so I guess I cant blame just the trolls. There was no advance warning for the chats so you couldn't create a list of killer questions but those who sat there for hours in real time should have been able to think of some.

My question was about the killer Buckethead solo on Madagascar at Rio, why wasn't it on the album, and was he surprised by the different take on it that night. He skipped the question.
