If the Skwerl gets jail-time, how will you feel?
Frankly, I hope that if this happens someone leaks a song or two.
Kevin does not deserve jail.
Show your support here for him.If the RIAA wants to "make an example" of Kevin, I suggest that we do the same and "make an example" by leaking a few more tracks.
So ... Kevin got off with 1 year probation, no fines, no restitution, and no jail.
I'm happy for him.
What he did was not a jailable offense IMO.
Bring on the next batch of leaks I say!

Rehearsals ended on or about May 5, 2009.
No activity since then as far as we know.
Also, on June 7 the NY Daily News claimed Axl was having mood swings and that he hired & fired Azoff 3 times in 5 weeks.
Azoff’s rep said that, as of June 1, he and Rose are talking again

That's nearly half an album's worth of songs right there. It's pretty clear, to me at least, that Axl Rose has no intention of officially releasing any more material.
It seems as if (from all accounts) he didn't even want to release the 14 songs we got last Fall.
He's been teasing and tantalizing us on-and-off for years with mentions of how fantastic this material is, "a Christmas card of unadulterated venom," "it's our most Black Sabbath moment. "
That's what I want to hear, the rest of the material, but I'll take what I can get.

"Leave Me Alone," "Seven," and "The General" could also feature on the new album. These three A-listed songs were worked on by Marco Beltrami, especially "Seven," which Marco deems as the best of the three songs. It has also been reported that Marco worked on a fourth track, "Thyme." However, this song was not worked on subsequent to Marco's work in October 2002. (Jeff Leeds, Sp1at website, 06/05)

disagree. every track that was on cd was rumored to be on it for sometime with the one exception of scraped. other than that, we knew what songs were planned for the album before they ever leaked.
Well, it's kind of a chicken or egg thing then.

I firmly believe the track list for CD was mostly chosen because of leaks and they got many more unheard of songs hidden away in the vaults.
