Exactly.

I know that some fans here are hoping for a late 2013 release of old, CD-era songs, but hey it won't happen. If there was any plan, Ron wouldn't have been talking negatively about it. It'll be years till those Finck/BH/Tobias leftovers will be released, if ever. I don't think that Axl wanna make a new album in his life.

I think we'll hear it eventually, at the very least after Axl dies. I imagine whoever ends up with his estate will want to cash in the vault.

Ya know... that thought has crossed my mind too. Like how Hendrix and 2pac have released so much material after their deaths. I sometimes wonder if that's Axl's plan: to just hold on to all of this supposed "mind blowing" material to have released after he's gone.

Not a bad plan I guess, it'll def have a bigger impact post mortem.  Maybe he wants to go out with a bang so there will be rumors he faked his death, Axl sightings, etc.  lol.

Do a poll, what would you prefer to hear:

1) New album from current line-up
2) New album from vault

I'm interested in both. But what I really want to hear is

3) something, anything, for the love of God!

Interesting that blood in the water is musically fake but real vocals.

How does that happen - who out there has an isolated lead Axl vocal rip of an unheard song to set new music too? Curious.

THis all makes me excited though. Love to hear some new songs.

Curious indeed.  Someone close to the band?  One of the Portuguese mafia?  Why mix real vocals from Axl with manufactured music?  Do they not have the real song, just the vocals?  Why would that be?  Why do I/we care about any of this stuff anymore?  Probably the best question of all.  And most difficult to answer. 17

Portuguese mafia?

YES! Wanted ruled on that album, loved the new base. And the rest of that album just blew.

I'll have to check out those other albums you mentioned.

Dam, you just multiplied my 11. I have family in La Coruña too, so visiting them would help me justify the expense to myself, but I doubt I'll be able to take the time away from work.

Lol, nice. Lol, I like to sing the chorus to YaYB to my wife when she's on the rag and being a bitch. Doesn't help her or her blues, but it sure is fun for me. big_smile
