I can't imagine he is, or was, homophobic. He's named Freddy Mercury and Elton John as influences, how could he be homophobic and still idolize them?

You know, I was thinking the same thing, but wasn't sure. But my coworker loved EVH and loathed Slash.

As my former coworker would say, EVH pays in key.

Pretty bad ass. I especially like how he said ”we're great”, as in him and ”his guys”, not just him.

Quick rant
Ive heard seven songs off the new album and I am mortified
Wtf has happened to my band??
I like richies solo album better
Just can't wrap my head around why jon ao drastically changed the sound of this band.
They've been doing something different with each album since Crush. They've also reworked their old hits for live shows. I don't think Jon can sing like he used to.
And I loved Richie's album too.

There was somebody else that recommended them on here, and I really liked them at first. I thought Porn Star Dancing was really good, and then the whole gimmick just got overplayed. That's all they do is sing about that.
I see your point, I can see how that can get old fast. Still, nothing wrong with some feel good party rock every once n' a while.
