Zzzzzzzzzz, I'll be taking out my pension before we hear any new music from this band.

Release cd songs as an album, or double album as originally planned. Or as exclusive iTunes songs. Or contact pledge music and get people to pledge and pay upfront to release the vault.

Then grab some beer get drunk and write as a band. Once you're done, set a time limit for production mixing mastering. See what happens. Have some fun!

I hope they put some effort into this tour. Turn up on time, play a rich set list, treat the audience with respect and for god's sake do some interviews. Axl's getting too old for rebellion. It certainly looked ridiculous at Reading. I want to see passion and enthusiasm.

They don't need to release or play 'new' music to make a success of the tour, but how they perform and preset themselves may just make set them up for success or failure the next time they decide to record. IMHO

I was at Reading. The excitement about seeing my favourite band in my town was lost. What makes it worse was we knew someone who was part of the organisation who said Axl was there on time but refused to go on, due to some disagreement with the BBC. So ultimately me and friends got fucked over. And they had the cheek to play off some staged demonstration at the end which just looked farsical.

GNR lost a lot of goodwill with me that day. I've had two gigs cancelled on me and also the late fiasco at the Hammersmith show, but the Reading one got under my skin

I've never played my vinyl copy its still in its sleeve. Whats the problem with it?

I never though a rerelease would work, but with the revised artwork and perhaps some extra downloadable tracks from the cd sessions I'd be all over it like a rash.
