How about releasing Chinese Democracy on this game first, and then later on a CD?
I know it sounds crazy, but you can download a CD. People will pay money to play these songs on their guitar hero or Rock Band games.

i don't own a playstation and you want to tell me that if i want to listen to cd i'd have to buy one and a game on top of that so i could listen to it? i wanna hear it but not that badly.
and i've been around for years on the forums. if someone like me doesn't care why would the average joe care? they'd just say fuck it.
for the world it's just another rock album, it's not gonna get a special game just for it. huge bands that are constantly releasing albums and touring are not getting one, why would a band living on past glories that still have to prove themselves to the world would?

I'm going to say the Beatles are overrated. But that's just based on the fact that everyone pounds their almighty greatness over my head, and when I listen to them I just don't feel it. I'm probably just too young.
i pretty much agree with all the bands named here but this one stands out for me: The Beatles. i don't understand what was so special about them? yes, they have some nice songs but they don't sound so phenomenal to me? and everybody was nuts about them and a lot of people still are.

The label wouldn't sit on the album that long. It's bullshit.
maybe it's comfy, it comes with a pillow included in the casing ("my favourite pillow" anyone? )

@ jimmy: ok, maybe i took it the wrong way, but you said "slash doesn't deserve to be in guns n' roses" and that was it. so i took it generally. my bad.
i would still prefer slash over robin though but, as you said it's a matter of personal preference, and it's probably because there is no "final product" with robin in gnr unfortunately
